I cannot recommend them highly enough and I would use them again in a heartbeat. A special shout out to Kristen in the office & Roberto (our move concierge expert).

The flexibility to stop by a donation center and general professionalism meant they won the opportunity from me. We did forget to unload some items from the truck, but they were responsive when they found the items and facilitated the delivery of the items. There was some minor damage to some furniture paint due to the tape used, so make sure to flag any sensitive items. Recommended for your next move.

From the start, Sal was very kind, communicative and responsive and his prices were very competitive and fair. I was worried about my move not being worth him having his team drive all the way from Walnut Creek to SF, but they showed up for me. My place even required insurance and he was able to provide that promptly. Moving is stressful and the last thing you want to worry about is your moving company not showing up or flaking on you. Sal and his team were reliable. They packed and moved my belongings with care. They not only did their job well, but they did it efficiently. I got a follow up call from Sal shortly after his team returned back to their site just to make sure everything went well. I really, really appreciate Sal and Red Carpet Moving. I hope to not move anytime soon, but if I do, I would definitely give Sal call again in the future.

I was initially suspicious of the $60 deposit over PayPal, but it ended up working out well. I was scheduled to have the movers arrive between 8 and 9 AM. Tim, Vitalik, and Sasha called to let me know they'd arrive in 20 mins and arrived at 9AM. From the beginning until the end, the guys were professional, cordial, fast, hard working, careful, and helpful. I had pretty much my entire apartment packed in boxes prior to them arriving. It took them around 3 hours to get all of the boxes and my furniture into the truck (I had a lot of furniture). They wrapped all of my furniture in plastic wrap and blankets. 40 min drive to my apartment and two hours to unload everything to the 3rd floor (no elevator). In total, I was charged for 5.75 hours. The $60 deposit was removed from my total and I paid the difference at the end of the move. As I said earlier, they were very friendly and careful with my furniture. I would highly recommend using their service and I plan to use them again next time I need to move.
