The first time, I paid in cash, yet she later contacted me saying I hadn't paid -- which was completely unacceptable. When I reached out again for a deep cleaning quote, she gave me a price that was $100 higher than another house that's twice the size of ours. I also asked about recurring basic cleaning (excluding the living room) and was quoted $175, even though our home is very small and the entire second floor is just a living room and tiny kitchen. When I politely asked for a reasonable price adjustment, she never responded. Overall, very disorganized, unprofessional, and poor communication.

They brought my wood to life, polished counters, restored grout in the showers. The house sparkled and shined and even smelled fresh. Their crew of three was happy and friendly and a pleasure to be around. Three girls do the work that one maid usually does so they work fast and are in and out in record time. I specifically said the house should be cleaned like someone is moving in. to me that would include washing walls etc... so the whole house would be cleaned for a new renter. The tops of the cabinets in the kitchen were not touched, they are really dirty still, there was a garbage bin in behind the bin there was quite a bit of dirt, and of course like most of the place the walls were dirty. I paid 504 dollars for that work and i am really unhappy. I have to find another cleaner to finish the work, like walls, tops of cabinets etc... If it were hourly then fine, but i really thought it was a flat rate, and thats what i used as criteria to pick a cleaner. I wont use them again unless the next cleaner is as bad. I dont think they go out of their way to be bad actors but my experience was not good.

I requested a cleaning on Sunday but I was not able to accept it on my end because I was working out of town. Which should have been a sign not to book a cleaning service with this company. I was able to work from home today and received a message if I was interested in having a maid come and clean today. I thought how perfect this is. I was very wrong. The person who came to clean was 2 hours late and it was a man who showed up. I am a single woman who lives alone. At no point in time was I EVER informed the cleaner was going to be male. Every single time I have requested a cleaning service from ANY company it has always been women. NO ONE knows what women have gone through in the past with men and not disclosing a man is going to be entering my home is NOT okay. Now they know my security codes and where I live. I already feel extremely uneasy about living alone and now I have this thought of people who have knowledge of how to enter my home. I am shaken and extremely disturbed. All of this could have been avoided by having consideration and being professional by explaining disclosing all information regarding the cleaning.
