It was the absolute sloppiest job I have ever ever experienced. I tried to live with it but could not. I went back the same day to have them fix it and it was about 50% better. Still no care or concern for doing having the job be neat. I just left - no need to argue this just showed me the extent to which they value their clientele (not at all). I tried again because it was convenient to another place I was going. LAST TIME EVER. #1 they tried assigning me to the older gentleman that did such a terrible job the last time. I politely refused. So, the younger gentleman said he would take me. It literally felt like he was taking out his lack of appreciation for me not wanting the older gentleman's assistance. I went and got my nails done today (elsewhere). When the polish was removed (by them) I was HORRIFIED to see how the guy at AJ's had literally taken the enamel off of my natural nails by his aggressive use of the tool. I am furious. My nails now feel soft when that was never the case. If there's a way for me to sue for damages. I absolutely will be

Well as walking in cristy didn't give me no hello or instruction to where to sit she was too busy on her iPad. Okay whatever I just need my nails done at this point. I was charged $10 to remove my few nails left on which is crazy. When I asked for gel she kept saying it's $15 extra like if I didn't have money lol. I just want gel lady! She was super quick but not interacted at all she just wants the money and you out. She didn't know what I meant when I said I want very sparkly nails .... and she obviously didn't seem to enjoy to make the nails anything special. She kept pulling my wrist telling me to relax when where she had my arm was not even on the little arm padding. Which I like to be able to relax comfortably as anyone at a spa / salon wants. She was more worried about watching and yelling at the two kids. I paid $48 for my set which for the dirtiness / unfriendly staff And just gel painted acrylics not really worth it. And I won't be back unfortunately.

But after all, it's a great thing to know how your fellow colleagues are behaving @ the companies establishment. Brace yourself. Very Very poor Customer service I arrived at ~11:00 with my elderly friend. It's now 1:10 when I stepped outside to take in what was really occurring. My feet are done but the girl Taylor, refused to do my nails. She bounced, hobbled around, and had to fuel the beast by eating while a client sat quietly with 1/2 the service asked for. All while I was there, she took another walk in while I was already there and still waiting for my services to be completed. She continues to bounce around the shop while I needed my nails started. She hobbled around like I was not there. At 1:14 I asked her if she was doing them. She stated,"No", after I was told she would. She stated she has a 2:00. Manager said he did not know she had an appointment. It was a big disappointment. Very Poor Management and Customer Service. Never again. "No stars!" but had to choose one to post. I will continue sharing this horrible experience whenever and where ever. No one deserves to be dismissed like this and it is not okay. What goes around comes around. I am "Humble Joy" ~ mistreated
