Pawel came out and priced it our worst case scenario (as requested) to include the veneer and retaining wall. Once we started and saw the retaining wall was intact, he adjusted the price down accordingly. He communicated with me the entire way, giving his opinion and how it would look if we do it this way or that. He wasn't pushy at all, with the exception of the retaining wall adjustment, the price never changed. I've been in construction and facilities all my career, I had Zero issues with Pawel, never thought he was trying to take advantage of me and now have him redoing my back patio which is pavers.

Ozinga, the cement company, claimed that there was no problem with the mix that was delivered to my home. The crew sent to my home trashed my landscaping.
