They arrived on time, were highly knowledgeable and competent, and they have a keen eye for details that greatly impressed me. I strongly would recommend hiring this company for all of your electrical issues.

The cameras were all installed, wires encased in protection, and painted as needed. Rudy did cause some unnecessary damage during the installation but was professional enough to repair the damage without any extra charges. The problem was that Rudy is very unreliable in terms of actually showing up. There were many cancelled appointments and he was usually hours late for appointments that he did manage to keep. He was terrible at returning texts in a timely manner. Overall the security camera installation was completed, although it was more stressful and difficult than it could have been. Rudy also helped me with a ring doorbell issue while he was here. There were issues the day after the troubleshooting that he performed. I contacted him multiple times and tried to give him a wide range of times to come assist with the issue. He once again was terrible and responding to texts and missed several appointments to come evaluate the issue. It is extremely unfortunate that he has chosen to ignore me at this time. It has been 10 days and although the cameras are well installed his lack of follow through and communication still leaves me with a problem that I am required to hire another electrician. This company gets 2 stars for job completed to my satisfaction. But loses 3 stars for lack of communication and leaving me hanging with an issue that arose secondary to his work.

I had just had the drywall installed and they did such a good job of running the electrical lines and doing minimal holes and when they did holes, they were so tiny and then they patched them. That was so kind of them. Sal and his crew are fantastic. Best customer service! If you want it done right, call SAL!

I texted all my info…read moreto Bryan (a Master Electrician) from Seven Petal Electric because I wanted our home's breaker box up to city standards so that I can have a Tesla charger connected to my home in the near future. Bryan promptly returned my texts, provided a fair and clear estimate, and we got it scheduled right away. Bryan and his apprentice, Dillon, from Seven Petal Electric, came and began to work rightaway away at 8:00 AM. Bryan is exceptionally knowledgeable about breaker boxes and was completely transparent about exactly what he was going to do and how long the job would take. Bryan walked me through what he was doing and what needed to be done to get the box back up and running. He also double-checked with his apprentice to make sure everything was being done correctly. I believe Bryan is a very professional individual who genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work. I look forward to having Bryan handle all my future electrical services because I know it will last a long time when a professional like him installs it. Thanks, Bryan, for what you did! This was my first time using Seven Petal Electric for a replacement job, and I am absolutely happy with the results. What I like about Seven Petal Electric generally, and Bryan specifically, is that he is incredibly transparent about what he is going to do and what to expect. There was never any ambiguity about the cost, time, or outcome of the project. I truly appreciated the transparency at every step of replacing the breaker box. On a side note, I also highly appreciated how Bryan was mentoring his apprentice--explaining the right way to do things and what to watch out for. The stellar workmanship from Seven Petal Electric was the determining factor that convinced me to hire them again in the near future. As long as their workmanship remains this high and they continue to prioritize customer satisfaction, I will always use Seven Petal Electric and will highly recommend them to my co-workers and friends.

They were the only company to show up on time for the inspection. They were clear, discussed options. And even presented alternatives that would give the same desired results in a more cost effective manner. Ultimately, they were half the price of the next lowest bidder and a third the price of the highest. On the agreed upon install date, the crew was early, walked the job with the same rep who quoted it, and got to work right on time. Throughout the process they communicated well, asked for my input on options (plate color, light intensity, plate style, etc). I've had everything in place for 3 weeks and had no problems. everything is exactly as they described and just the way I asked for. Thank you to everyone on the team. Any time I need electrical work in the future 4a will be my first (and only) call.
