First and foremost the communication between this company's manager was clear and timely and I have no complaints there. He went above and beyond answering all of my questions beforehand in the most respectful manner. Communication along with the professionalism of the website are why I chose this company. There really were no issues until after the cleaning and I did my own inspection only to find that there were SO MANY spots missed and left dirty. Their policy states that their team can come back within 3 days and clean areas that were missed but there were so many and it just felt easier and faster to clean everything myself instead of trying to coordinate another day and time for them to come back and clean things that should've been cleaned the first time around. This was the most annoying part; after a 'deep clean', I spent more time doing my own deep clean. It just defeated the whole purpose of paying for this service. Anyway, I texted the manager the pictures and he offered a $50 discount. This whole experience was just so disappointing and I feel like I wasted money.

I also specifically asked that they use only our cleaning products due to having a newborn and personal allergies. At one point, my husband noticed they were using their own product and had to remind them to switch back to ours. This frustrated me quite a bit, especially since I had mentioned this to the office as well the day before. We had booked 3 hours, but they finished in about 2 hours and seemed rushed overall. A few areas were missed, including under some appliances, parts of the baseboards, the windows, and dusting our console table and dining room table. When my husband reminded them about the windows before they left, it was wiped quickly with a cloth rather than properly cleaned, which felt a bit rushed. I had mentioned the windows specifically when they first arrived, so it was frustrating that they missed it and when reminded, they wiped it down very quickly. Communication was a little awkward. If they had a question, they would call their office, and then the office would call us. I completely understand there may be a language barrier, but it did make the process feel less smooth and made us feel as though we couldn't specify our wants directly. We did ask for a small discount due to the late arrival. They were hesitant, but ultimately took $20 off. Overall, the areas they did clean were done pretty well, and I appreciated that they wore shoe coverings in our home. I just wish the experience had felt a bit more thorough and aligned with the 5-star expectations.

We got our scheduled time from 1:00pm-2:00pm with the company, and we set the afternoon aside for this cleaning. When the cleaners showed up late, they struggled to find parking and didn't communicate well with my wife. Ultimately, they had my pregnant wife walking blocks trying to help them find parking in the humid heat. Ultimately, they pressed on her to reschedule for the morning as they wanted to leave. I was frustrated with this as we have medical appointments and purposefully scheduled when we did. When I called Monica and expressed frustration, they tried to find cleaners to come back same day, but with late afternoon traffic, no one was available. Overall, pretty abysmal experience and cancelled all together. I write reviews to help others and to help companies learn lessons. LA Cleaning Experts needs better awareness of their customers where maybe they don't have a pregnant woman walking around in the heat for 40 minutes. They need to work on swallowing defensive excuses before saying them over the phone. Sometimes, a simple sorry is best. Hopefully, you won't get the same treatment that we did.
