I knew immediately that they were ethical and could be entirely trusted, and so we made a date and a few days later my carpets look brand new. Watching them work was literally like watching an eraser on the chalkboard, erasing dirt and stains everywhere. The guys came this morning and fired up their old and very noisy van. A few minutes into the job, I asked the one guy, why wasn't he vacuuming first...? His response was they "don't do that anymore and the vacuum is in the truck broken..." All the other times, the guys would move small pieces of furniture, so they get as much of the carpet as possible. Not this time.. In past CHEM DRY visits, they used a large soft rake to go over the carpet at the end, which really makes the fibers stand up and dry quickly. Not anymore...! Used to only take a couple hours to dry. It's now going on 5 hours and still VERY wet. Sad to see what used to be a good experience sink so low.....

And when they contacted me to reschedule, they arrived 2 hours late without bothering to let me know that they were going to be late. (To be fair, the owner (Leo) was kind and apologetic.) The parts of the house Leo and his assistant cleaned were done properly. The walls and floors were clean and dust-free. However, the wife (Leslie) was very unprofessional, especially in the way she spoke to me. I hired them to do deep cleaning, and she was assigned to the kitchen. To my dismay and disgust, she left parts of the kitchen dirty and threw filthy mop water in our kitchen sink! She also used my kitchen sponge to clean the windows and cabinets, then put it back for me to use again? No reasonable person would consider that sanitary! I texted the owner a picture of how dirty my sink was. He was apologetic and was the one who told me they threw mop water in my sink and forgot to clean it! We wash our food and utensils there--Disgusting! I would have been more understanding and forgiving of this if not for the deplorable attitude I got from the wife!
