Had a fantastic experience with Rise Floor Cleaning! David came out and did an incredible job on our entire second-floor carpeting. He managed to lift every single spot, leaving the carpets looking practically brand new. On top of that, he cleaned our large sectional sofa, and it honestly looks just like the day we bought it. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work provided. We'll definitely be calling them again the next time we need carpet or upholstery cleaning. Highly recommend! read more

Yet another great job as always! I accidentally flooded my upstairs master bathroom and David was able to come over and prevent any further damage or staining of my carpet. Very pleased with the fast response and excellent work! read more

I needed to have the grout and tile cleaned in my bathrooms and contacted Rise Floor Cleaning after seeing all the 5 star reviews of the company. David did not disappoint. He's extremely personable and efficient; he had corner protectors that he used on corners to keep his equipment from damaging the paint and also covered the entry to the house to keep bugs and dirt out since the front door had to be left open for his equipment. He mentioned that he also did carpets so I asked him to clean a couple of area rugs, the off-white carpet in our bedroom and a portion of the carpet in our guest room. His price was very reasonable and everything looks great! I highly recommend this company for cleaning any type of flooring. read more

I recently had a fantastic experience with Rise Floor Cleaning, My dog had an unfortunate accident and pooped all over the carpet at around 5am which was a total disaster. After searching on Yelp hoping that there was someone that can help me get it cleaned as soon as possible, I decided to call Rise Floor Cleaning. They responded super quickly and they made a last minute appointment to come and clean the carpet on the same day. The employee David arrived right on time and had all of the necessary equipment and cleaning supplies to get the job done right away. David went above and beyond to make sure that my carpet was SPOTLESS and thoroughly cleaned. He worked quickly and efficiently, but also took the time to ensure that every stain and spot was removed from the carpet. Not only that, he went above and beyond and even cleaned parts of the carpet that were not visibly stained because I have a dog. I also appreciated how friendly David was and I want to give a huge shoutout to this family owned business for taking the stress out of my day, which was a huge relief considering the circumstances. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in need of their services. read more

I spilled Indian Curry on my brand new 8 by 10 rug which left a huge yellow stain and frankly, I was in a panic. By sheer luck, I found David of Rise Floor Cleaning after doing a Google search. He came right over and was wonderful! He was so personable and efficient. He was able to completely get the stain out. He is very knowledgeable about the different types of carpet fibers and which of his many solutions work on the particular carpet you have and the type of stain you have. He also had a special sort of lighting tool that he used on my super tough stain. He understood which type of cleaning solution to use so he would not discolor my rug. I'm telling you he really understands carpets and how to best clean them!! He is the owner of the company and you can see how much he enjoys what he does and how he takes pride in his work and his company. He is also very reasonably priced. David is such a friendly guy and so professional but the main thing is that he saved my carpet and absolutely got an impossible stain out. He also did a normal cleaning on two other area rugs and they turned out beautifully. I highly highly recommend David at Rise Floor cleaning. You will be so happy with his results! read more

I am enjoying very clean sofa, chair, and ottoman. Cleaned by RISE Floor Cleaning company. The thing I liked about this company was, they sent me a text as soon as I booked and closer to the appointment they sent me a picture of their truck, the names of the cleaners, and a picture of the two cleaners that were coming. They were very professional, I liked how they explained the process before it started, and treated my property with Care. They wore masks and shoe protectors that they didn't go outside in. They would take them off when they're going outside and put them back on at my door. They even left me a bottle of spot remover for the future and the work was guaranteed. Everything you're looking for in a good friendly cleaning service that is professional and caring, this is the one. I highly recommend this company to anybody looking to have furniture cleaned. Try them, you will like them!!! read more
