He's extremely personable and efficient; he had corner protectors that he used on corners to keep his equipment from damaging the paint and also covered the entry to the house to keep bugs and dirt out since the front door had to be left open for his equipment. He mentioned that he also did carpets so I asked him to clean a couple of area rugs, the off-white carpet in our bedroom and a portion of the carpet in our guest room. The employee David arrived right on time and had all of the necessary equipment and cleaning supplies to get the job done right away. David went above and beyond to make sure that my carpet was SPOTLESS and thoroughly cleaned. He worked quickly and efficiently, but also took the time to ensure that every stain and spot was removed from the carpet. I spilled Indian Curry on my brand new 8 by 10 rug which left a huge yellow stain and frankly, I was in a panic. By sheer luck, I found David of Rise Floor Cleaning after doing a Google search. He came right over and was wonderful! He was so personable and efficient. He was able to completely get the stain out. He is very knowledgeable about the different types of carpet fibers and which of his many solutions work on the particular carpet you have and the type of stain you have. He also had a special sort of lighting tool that he used on my super tough stain. He understood which type of cleaning solution to use so he would not discolor my rug. I'm telling you he really understands carpets and how to best clean them!! He is the owner of the company and you can see how much he enjoys what he does and how he takes pride in his work and his company. He is also very reasonably priced. David is such a friendly guy and so professional but the main thing is that he saved my carpet and absolutely got an impossible stain out. I was looking for someone to clean our travertine tile and our carpets and came across Rise Floor Cleaning. They came by to give us a quote, and from there everything went perfectly . The day they came they were extremely professional, extremely thorough. They even moved some of our furniture that we hadn't moved yet. The travertine tile is so clean and it's sparkles. Rise floor cleaning at a wonderful job in our home. We had several severe urine stains from our pets. Some of those stains have been there for years and we were never able to get them out ourselves. Not only did they get the stains out they also made sure no odor was left behind. I felt very comfortable working with them and very comfortable with them in my house. The thing I liked about this company was, they sent me a text as soon as I booked and closer to the appointment they sent me a picture of their truck, the names of the cleaners, and a picture of the two cleaners that were coming. They were very professional, I liked how they explained the process before it started, and treated my property with Care. They wore masks and shoe protectors that they didn't go outside in. They would take them off when they're going outside and put them back on at my door. They even left me a bottle of spot remover for the future and the work was guaranteed.
