    Confirmation of my 1 minute call to the company.

    The owner lady at Excellence carpet cleaning on Main Street in Newhall @ 661-670-3809 (tap on above picture that will show the full message with the phone number it came from) was not that nice so I said thank you but no thank you and hung up. 10 minutes later, I received the following text message: We're the best cleaning compay in Santa Carita! I was being nothing but friendly! We do Not service condescending belittling ogre customers like your! I feel sorry for your husband!!!! I just uploaded. Not professional at all and definitely NOT someone or their company I would ever want in my home or to do business with! Just letting everyone know my experience.

    A 5 star all the way...This is my first time using this company. I got their number through yelp and when I called Francesca was very polite and she made a great effort to accommodate me in a very short notice . She was at my house the very next morning as promised with her team...I'm extremely happy with everything. Though I wanted alot more done in 4 hours I perfectly understood that her team was spending time getting quality work done and not trying to please me with quantity. My bathrooms are so clean and they did a fabulous job cleaning my shower glass and that was a tough job getting rid of the water stains... My advice use them they are good at what they do...if u want quality and not quantity they are sure to get every corner of dirt. Please don't go by one bad review. I'm definitely using them again. In fact they are back tomorrow again for detailed cleaning and organizing my laundry room. Trust worthy for sure hardworking and honest. They don't waste time with chatting or even taking a break..they worked straight 4 hours with no breaks or excuses. Thankyou again for your hardwork..I'm so glad I found u guys on yelp...Please continue to work hard and get more dedicated cuatomers...

    Review for Excellent Cleaning Pros~ Let the managers anger, disrespect and coarse words speak for themself. *I would NOT recommend Excellent Cleaning Pros to anyone who values they're belongings. And even when items are broken there is no empathy for your loss or concern to replace them. I've attached the text messages she sent in response to me asking this question: Hello Francesca, I have a question? What is your policy to replace or compensate for broken items? **(Francesca) the manager of Excellent Cleaning Pros is rude, condescending, disrespectful and verbally cruel and abusive to their clients. **Thumbs down for Excellent Cleaning Pros. ** Had I read the reviews prior to hiring Excellent Cleaning Pros I would have seen, there is a pattern with Francesca's ethics and character toward clients, because others have had my same experience. My experience with Excellent Cleaning Pros: **Francesca's (own) angry words (in the text message I've attached) speak for herself and the ethics behind their cleaning service. After my 1 and only experience with "Excellent Cleaning Pros" I wouldn't give them a O rating. Read on: My husband and I are an elderly couple who live on a pension. When I first called Excellent Cleaning Pros seeking cleaning from they're service, I believed that my home would be cleaned like the video they posted on their site, I was hopeful. *Francesca, gave us an estimate for the square footage of our home, and worked within our budget, so I hired them to clean our house.*I specifically requested NO MORE than 2 people cleaning in my house at once. And *requested the same two cleaners to return every two weeks. She let me know that since the fist cleaning is a deep cleaning, it required more time and money... Again, since we are on a pension, she was kind enough to work within our budget. She gave us a discount. All was well and I looked forward to having them start. But what she says up front is twisted if a problem arises during your cleaning experience. **The day of our 1st cleaning fell way short of my expectations. *The workers did arrived on time and were pleasant. They began cleaning in the upstairs bedrooms. *Feeling comfortable to leave while the workers were in my home (for the 1st time) *I left for an hour since I had some errands to go on. **But much to my surprise, when I unreturned, there were 4 people in my house cleaning. *That was the 1st breach of trust..Because I had made it clear during our initial interview that I only wanted 2 workers in my house. **Then upon interning my home one of the workers approached me to let me know that *his vacuum cord pulled the stain glass vases that held a candle On the fireplace hearth. **I thanked him for his honesty. And understood that accidents happen. ** Shortly after that, (Francesca the manager) approached me to let me know that *a 2nd item was broken upstairs from another worker. **While almost simultaneously I watched a 3rd worker downstairs, drag one of my curios from the top of my antique upright radio, as he turned around with the ghost buster like vacuum on his back. ** Breaking a 3rd item in two hours of work. **What was more shocking was Francescas response, she said; ** "Accidents happen." With NO offer to replace or compensate me for what had been broken during my 1st house cleaning. **A few hours after the cleaners left, **I sent a text message to Francesca's phone asking her what their company's policy was to replace or compensate me for the (3) broken items? Since she didn't offer any compensation while she was at my house. The following are the text messages she immediately sent me *in response to my question regarding replacing or compensating me for the three broken items left after my first cleaning with "Excellent Cleaning Pros." Francescas text messages speak volumes of her character: " We only compensate over damages of $1000 and up, or for liquid damages to electronics (please read our terms and conditions). Little accidents can happen to anyone and*client should take that liability, not us when we're doing is cleaning. The fact that you are asking for compensation over such minor damages makes us really uncomfortable. specially after granting such a huge discount on the initial cleaning. I don't believe we will be a right fit this is what your intentions are. *Your home is a huge liability. Im appalled of how you treat people. we trusted your word and gave you extra time with the service because we thought you were an honest person, but you are not. You call your self a christian, but you take advantage of people, imposed your budget on us." Client*(I asked if she could work within my budget, she agreed) Francesca went on to say: "but still demanded extra work."     They did a excellent job cleaning the new house that I bought. They scrubbed all the walls and got behind all the appliances and even hit all the floorboards plus the windows and made the house look new again! I recommend this cleaning crew for any task.

    I had to block these people when they literally would not stop harassing me after I decided not to proceed with their services!

    This Cleaner did an overall decent job cleaning my home. My negative review mostly comes from their nickel and dime mentality. I do use cleaners for the past 10 years and never had a cleaner break things down the way they do. $35 for this and additional $25 for that $10 for this $25 for that... in the end I left in my home was not as clean as I wished it were including leaving a trashcan in the middle of my bedroom and leaving my dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Because they give 20% off discount for leaving a good yelp review it's no wonder they have perfect five stars. I'm sorry but there is no way this company deserves five stars -- at least not in my experience.

I told the three ladies everything we wanted done: floors, kitchen, bathroom, baseboards, furniture, windows, etc. They got straight to work and were very efficient. I also specifically asked that they use only our cleaning products due to having a newborn and personal allergies. At one point, my husband noticed they were using their own product and had to remind them to switch back to ours. This frustrated me quite a bit, especially since I had mentioned this to the office as well the day before. We had booked 3 hours, but they finished in about 2 hours and seemed rushed overall. A few areas were missed, including under some appliances, parts of the baseboards, the windows, and dusting our console table and dining room table. When my husband reminded them about the windows before they left, it was wiped quickly with a cloth rather than properly cleaned, which felt a bit rushed. I had mentioned the windows specifically when they first arrived, so it was frustrating that they missed it and when reminded, they wiped it down very quickly. Communication was a little awkward. If they had a question, they would call their office, and then the office would call us. I completely understand there may be a language barrier, but it did make the process feel less smooth and made us feel as though we couldn't specify our wants directly. We did ask for a small discount due to the late arrival. They were hesitant, but ultimately took $20 off. Overall, the areas they did clean were done pretty well, and I appreciated that they wore shoe coverings in our home. I just wish the experience had felt a bit more thorough and aligned with the 5-star expectations.

I was told 8am arrival, got a confirmation text at 9:30pm the night before. When I called to let them know that someone has not arrived yet and it was already 830am, I was told there was confusion, then 1 person shows up. I have a large home, at least 2 are needed. I, then get told, the other will arrive at 10 "we stagger them" yah, right They don't show up till 11:45, then a third person arrived after 2pm. None spoke English, which is fine but they need to be able to at least communicate with me in basic things. I couldn't even tell her specifics without Google Translate. I was already frustrated with the whole situation. The ladies did their thing but it definitely was not worth the $420 price tag. I'm still picking things off the floor, there was a dirt mark left on my brand new painted walls and just saw a scratch and my brand new painted floor boards. Then I was asked for payment and the lady stood on top of me till it was made. Definitely would recommend them to get things more organized and would not hire again unfortunately. UPDATE - the house is large if you don't think 2,200 sq ft is large, then I'm not sure what you would considered a large home. I also said once as you claim I repeat. They could send cleaners on a one-day notice, which was a huge plus. Pricing is very reasonable, and you get a high value for your money because they care about customer service and doing the job correctly. Highly recommended for any cleaning services.

We recently just got our house renovated and painted, the ladies that came somehow managed to scrub and rub off a lot of the newly painted wall and created even more mess. The blinds and window cracks were still dirty and filthy. They charged us $450 and to be completely honest with y'all, it's not worth it at all. We tried to negotiate the price because the work done is not worth the price at all. Blanca, the owner, proceed to argue and raise her voice stating that she will call the police. I booked her for a deep cleaning, which was $140. I really felt that they did a great job and intended on hiring her again, which I did recently. She came last Friday, the day before the service for my mom, who passed shortly after Blanca's first visit. She only brought one other person this time, and they go to work immediately while I looked through photo albums of my mom for a slideshow I was making. It was a very emotional time, obviously. There was no discussion; she was not asked nor instructed to do any more than she did last time. They were almost an hour late, and stayed about 2.5 hours. At the end, I asked what I owed (already had the $140 plus tip in hand), and she told me $280. Yes, almost $300. I asked why it was so much, and she said that this time they did a deep cleaning. Now, although I was busy, I did not notice one single thing that they did differently than last time. We made very little conversation, but I found it very disturbing that she asked me what I was selling the house for. Normally it wouldn't make me raise an eyebrow, but it was pearl to me after she left that she was basing her charge on a couple of facts; first, she assumed that since my mother had died and that I was selling the house, that she would not have this account any longer. the fact is that I need be her for quite a while and had intended on reading her services as long as I was here. the second factor is that she seemed to presume that I was left a house and money, neither of which I have. She took advantage of the idea that I inherited money, and could afford to pay more than I had before. To me, this is the epitome of unethical business. I spoke to my neighbor, whose cleaner stays for about 8 hours at a price of $175 and tackles every single surface. I finally wrote to Blanca to express my concerns and feelings, and she repeatedly said that she did a deep clean. She did not attempt to refund any money, nor resolve the situation. I would sign sworn affidavit if I could; she did NOT clean any deeper than she did the first time. More importantly, when she arrived, not once did she ask if I wanted anything more than our original service agreement. She took it upon herself to charge me literally DOUBLE what she did the first time. Then she drove off like a bat out of hell. On top of that, she did not clean the inside of the fridge, which they did last time. There was so much dirt and small pieces of debris in the nooks and crannies of the kitchen. The bathroom caddy still has goop on it. The pictures in the bathroom were not wiped, which I wouldn't mind except that this was a DEEP clean according to her. I have attached pictures. I've worked grueling 16 hour days on set and made about $300. This woman worked 2.5 hours and made the same, without my consent. If you choose to use her service, be SURE to outline and agree upon what is included in a deep cleaning vs a regular one, and the price. Otherwise, she'll slap you with a price based on the assumption that you are rolling in money. And, how very sad and unfortunate to take advantage of anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one.
