I can personally vouch for the quality of the items they sell and the fact that they hold up very well. This store recently became two stores: NFL gear at the main store across from Books A Million, and the college, women and youth store around the corner. I am so glad that they separated the two because each store has its own personality and it just created two more focused stores that also provide more space. This review focuses on the collegiate store. I love the quality hoodies that they have, because they are made of a nice heavyweight cotton, (70%) and are reasonably priced at two for $60. They have great tees for women, you can get them fitted with cap sleeves, some have bling and others are just your very comfortable jersey style with full sleeves. Don't forget to get your hats, mugs, mug covers and other merchandise. Great place to purchase gifts for your collegiate sports fan.

I'd rather order online or shop somewhere else than to deal with poor customer service. I won't be returning.

Man... never going back to any Dick's Sporting Goods. The desperation to get your information and…read moreadd warranties to your product is to a point that is blatantly disrespectful. I was manipulated into buying a warranty that I did not want. The salesman, who I won't name, started his long spiel on the warranty that I was not interested in purchasing. After the unsolicited speech, I asked if it came automatically with the purchase. He said "yeah". Then proceeded to charge me the warranty (Which I didn't find out until I was already in my car looking at the receipt). He also asked for my phone number for the transaction. I said I didn't have one and don't want to put one. He then asked if I knew someone who would put their phone number in. I said no. I also asked If I needed to put a phone number to make a purchase. He said "yes". After I said I would not give him a phone number, we continued the transaction (which means the answer is no). After everything was done he gave me a pamphlet and told me to text a phone number for my receipt. Look, anytime I give this company my information it spams me with promotions that will never matter to me and clutters my messages and email inbox. I DON'T WANT TO GIVE THEM MY INFORMATION. I understand that it is within the company's interests to collect as much data from every transaction, but I also believe I have the right to shop without having to give any of my information to anyone. I don't like to put employees on blast for doing their jobs but this instance has made me decide that I'm never shopping at this corporate establishment (all locations) ever again.

Find a sporting goods or hardware store, and harmlessly cruise the aisles, stopping every once in a to pick up an item, scrutinize it, shake one's head, and put it back, maybe even in the right place that it came from. ş So, I plodded along until I was standing in front of the fishing reel counter. I saw it then. A small micro-sized spinning reel with a large yellow sticker that declared "Clearance! $35". I tried various angles to see what information I could obtain visually, but some evil genius had positioned it in such a way as to make it impossible to develop a buying interest without paging a sales clerk to the area. I reflexively glanced at the time on my cellphone: 3:44pm. So, I67 began my search for an associate to help me. 3:50. Nary a soul in sight..Then, I spotted a Press For Service button beside the live bait cooler so I pressed it: 3:57. While I was waiting I thought about all the times I had found items of interest to me in their flyers, only to discover that store and internet sales were both out of stock. In fact, I had never scored a single item from their ads, out of dozens of attempts. Finally a young woman bustled up. No key to open the display counter. 4:06m. She located a manager, who opened the display and handed me my reel. I liked it so off to checkout. Time:4:28pm. Time to purchase a little fishing reel came to 31 minutes.
