My podiatrist recommended that I check out this location for a specific shoe model. When I walked in, I was greeted by an energetic team and assisted by a gentleman named Geo. He asked me a few questions and suggested we scan my feet, followed by backup measurements for cross-reference. Based on the results, he recommended a few different shoes and brought them out for me to try. Wow! I've never felt in a shoe exactly what Geo described, but the difference from my old, basic shoes was undeniable. While this was the most I've ever spent on footwear, I ended up buying two pairs in different colors. If you're like me--sporting some gray hair and looking for ways to keep your feet happy--be sure to stop by and see Geo at the Mall of Georgia New Balance location. You won't regret it!

Had these shoes two weeks and NO HIP PAIN! Bizarre! Thanks New Balance!

The absolute worst retail experience of my life. I met Chris the owner a few years back when we…read moreboth were in BNI. So when it came time for us to expand he seemed like a good choice. Boy was i wrong. I went to get some shirts printed with the company logo. Chris was there everything went fine. The problem began when I tried get more items printed. I reached out via email. No response. I called, when I did the girl Mandy on the phone was absolutely disgusting. Basically saying she's to busy to take my order send an email. I tried explaining that I had already done so to no avail. So normally I quit doing business with people like this immediately. But since I knew Chris I could talk to him when I seen him. I was not notified that my shirts were done, since I needed them so bad I called and sure they were ready. I get there and kind of tongue in cheek kind of way mentioned the poor service I received. I never once raised my voice or used and inappropriate language at any moment. Then Chris just exploded he turned Beet red yelling at me about he doesnt need my business and can get out now. His behavior was so egregious and unwarranted it must be stopped. so I go into apology mode just for deescalation sake and it seemed the more I apologized the angrier he became. Then he marched me into his warehouse screaming no you apologize to mandy, so I did in front of everyone. I was cool as a cucumber the entire time. Cleary Chris is racist and mentally unstable. I think asking why its so hard to place an order at a place of business is viable question. He needs some help. Even if we agree to part ways in business which happens everyday, should still be done in a calm professional, non aggressive, non threating way. What Chris did is wholly unacceptable and shouldn't be in business. He had the nerve to be screaming at me because Mandy work so hard in a hot warehouse. I guess he forgot I work in a 160 degree attic with a great attitude. I don't blame the client for work i chose.

I can personally vouch for the quality of the items they sell and the fact that they hold up very well. This store recently became two stores: NFL gear at the main store across from Books A Million, and the college, women and youth store around the corner. I am so glad that they separated the two because each store has its own personality and it just created two more focused stores that also provide more space. This review focuses on the collegiate store. I love the quality hoodies that they have, because they are made of a nice heavyweight cotton, (70%) and are reasonably priced at two for $60. They have great tees for women, you can get them fitted with cap sleeves, some have bling and others are just your very comfortable jersey style with full sleeves. Don't forget to get your hats, mugs, mug covers and other merchandise. Great place to purchase gifts for your collegiate sports fan.

Find a sporting goods or hardware store, and harmlessly cruise the aisles, stopping every once in a to pick up an item, scrutinize it, shake one's head, and put it back, maybe even in the right place that it came from. ş So, I plodded along until I was standing in front of the fishing reel counter. I saw it then. A small micro-sized spinning reel with a large yellow sticker that declared "Clearance! $35". I tried various angles to see what information I could obtain visually, but some evil genius had positioned it in such a way as to make it impossible to develop a buying interest without paging a sales clerk to the area. I reflexively glanced at the time on my cellphone: 3:44pm. So, I67 began my search for an associate to help me. 3:50. While I was waiting I thought about all the times I had found items of interest to me in their flyers, only to discover that store and internet sales were both out of stock. In fact, I had never scored a single item from their ads, out of dozens of attempts. Finally a young woman bustled up. No key to open the display counter. 4:06m.
