Sean, Kat and the team remembers your order and have great customer service. The menu here is vast and good, we had Caitlin explain the menu one day and what a well rounded and thought out pub menu. The food here is solid and most importantly is the vibe. The guests are amicable and seem down to earth, it's pleasant to visit each time. They have fantastic wings and an IPA that resonates to all IPA drinkers, I can say, I have drunk many different ones to count (lived in SOCAL for some time) and attended many BeerFests. They have more than 30+ televisions and show mostly sports and some other programs. They also feature a jukebox, darts, a cigarette vending machine, video golf, and other digital bar games that require a tablet to play. This is a neighborhood establishment that values thier guests and shows it.

I decided to go to this spot as I had past by and was curious on the crowd. This place is located…read moreat the corner of 1960 and West Lake Houston. Let me start by saying there is PLENTY of parking as it in a shopping plaza at the end. So when I arrived I came a sat at the bar and was greeted by the bartender. There was a waitress and she stated I should order a Frozen Pineapple Margarita. It was sweet so probably wouldn't order it again. What I thought was good was there was a lot of wait staff around and the menu was HUGE. It appears what every day they have a food special around $11-12. There was a good amount of people in the spot as the ambiance looks like a typical sports bar. Currently it's hot but there is a patio outside that I plan to take advantage of later in the fall. I sat at the bar and order a six piece battered wing which was around $8-9. The flavors were barbecue and lemon pepper. I enjoyed the barbecue flavor as the sauce had a little kick but was good. Now I didn't like the lemon pepper. I think they fried the wing dings and sprinkled ALOT of lemon pepper. It was so salty I couldn't even eat it. I tried dusting it off but it was too much. Wouldn't recommend. Overall all I would be back maybe to get more of a bar experience as I think this spot has potential to be at least a 4 or 5. If you're in the area I'd definitely stop in.

I'm giving this place 4 stars because it's the perfect explanation of a hole in the wall bar…read more That's not an insult I promise, I love a good ole hole in the wall bar that is comfortable and laid back. The bartender was very attentive to us even while she was busy running the bar alone, she even brought us some drinks while we were playing a game of pool(I won). The dj Charlie I believe is his name, was extra friendly as he asked us for a song request...I told him to play something by randy Travis and to my amazement he didn't gawk at me, he did however play Digging up bones which apparently everyone in the bar was also a fan of. The music wasn't too loud this time but I know when they have live performances it's way louder than I can handle. Mostly everyone was playing darts inside and nothing else was going on outside probably because it's just too damn hot for that. The biggest complaint is the parking lot, it's got some big craters or pot holes, call it what you want but just drive really slow. I don't think they have a kitchen serving food but I could be wrong. I will be back in the fall

Asked to leave because of service dogs not allowed (Marine Corps Veteran). For a place that has…read moremilitary flags hanging through out it was shocking. Didn't ask for documentation, tags or identification (all docs available upon request). The service dog was wearing his vest, tags and leash. When we told them it's illegal to deny a person with a service dog, they did not care. We asked if the owner knew we were being denied entry and we were told that the owner was the one denying the entry. We were told he could see us on the cameras and wanted us to leave. Texas law are clear on this and this establishment is breaking the law. Picture of the service dog has been added to this review. Not aggressive and over 10k in training.
