Pupusas do take time to assemble and cook as they are made to order, so either call ahead like the locals do or be prepared to wait. If you wish to dine-in, there are a few tables inside. I appreciate that the pupusas were accompanied by lightly seasoned curtido and red sauce which offset the salty and oily filing in both pupusas (too salty for my taste). They arrived nice and hot with utensils and plenty of curtido. I ended up only eating one as they were very large with plenty of filling. Would def order again to try other filings.
