They were the only company what would even touch it without doing a whole new epoxy floor, and without hesitation! Denise was EXTREMELY personable and professional. And so quick to respond. She gave me details of the entire job within minutes. Next day Alberto is out to look at our garage, go over any questions we had and their process. He was wonderful too! I asked Denise if she could write up a quote for our records and had it to me within 24 hours! That was on a Friday. The following Tuesday they were out to start the job. I mean wow!! After everything was done, it pretty much looks like we have an entirely new epoxy garage floor! Alberto even brought extra flakes to cover any spots that needed me - I didn't even think of that. The attention to detail was very appreciated. And Denise made sure to follow up with me after they finished the job to make sure I was satisfied. So professional. Without a doubt I would recommend All Floor Cleaning. I already have to our neighbors! From start to finish they were top notch. We plan to use them for maintenance cleaning in our garage from here on out, and any indoor work we need as well. You will not regret going with this business.

Everything looks clean, polished, and professionally done. It's not always easy to find contractors who are both fast and do high-quality work, but these guys delivered on both. He gave me honest answers the whole way through and now I have an INSANELY GORGEOUS new floor. What he did: leveled all rooms so that there was a seamless transition through the house, installed red oak and laced it into my existing kitchen red oak, sanded and refinished my kitchen floors to match, did an Invisible finish to bring out the natural beauty of the wood, painted and installed new baseboards throughout the entire house, and came back after everything to make a few minor corrections, such as making a notch, bigger in a baseboard and cutting a baseboard back by 2 inches. No details were left out and no detail was too minor for his attention or time. Would I recommend him again? ALL DAY LONG. I will be having him to our other family homes in the future.

We had them clean two rugs, a light-colored/white shag rug 6x8 and a larger light colored 8x10 rug as well as a 3-person couch. I visibly saw the dirt being removed from the couch, and I could tell the difference. The 8x10 rug was not as dirty, therefore harder to tell the difference. Although it was cleaned. Sadly, the 6x8 shag rug, although there was some improvement, there were some "sticky black circular" things that he was unable to remove. The shagginess of the rug did not come back even after being cleaned. I don't know if they don't specialize in shag rugs but it was our main reason for contacting them. Another factor- they needed to use our hot water throughout their cleaning process. Which meant they were in and out of my kitchen the entire time. Truly messed up our routine/dinner time. We wished this would have been communicated at the time of booking.
