The pork sandwich was ample with a lot of meat; however, the main condiment of BBQ sauce they give you is minuscule. This defeated the purpose of the sandwich because you then have to take it back to your house or wherever you can get barbecue sauce and actually put barbecue sauce on your sandwich. I even asked for extra. There was a younger guy running in the truck, and I felt like he was unsure of himself and had a difficult time managing a situation with himself and another teenager. I would highly recommend that there's an adult present at all times. The food may be decent, but it wasn't worth the price I paid for a small scoop of coleslaw a little side bit of mac and cheese and a pulled pork sandwich. It may behoove the owner to remember that the taste of the food isn't everything. What keeps people coming back to a food truck is the experience and the convenience. It'll be a whole lot easier to put a dipping ramekin into the cardboard boat or the styrofoam to go container with the food. Considering that 99% of their customers are ambulatory and in a big crowd, having one more thing to carry is not feasible. Just some "food" for thought

It was so refreshing to have a light meal on my lunch that was affordable, healthy, filling and didn't leave me feeling sick, like some heavy meals do. Keith really helped us with the planning using his years of experience with hosting weddings here that just made everything so much better!!! We originally wanted to have the appetizers just outside the conservatory but the day before when we saw how hot it would be he quickly pivoted to host the appetizers in the beautiful barn with a lovely breeze and outdoor lighting. WOW. This is only one of many inspirations. The conservatory was full of beautiful greenery and blooming flowers and the colors just popped. IT WAS SO GOOD I WANT THEM TO MAIL ME SOME like right NOW. The attention to detail that these two have put into their venues is just beyond my dreams! I feel so blessed to have found them. They made planning a wedding from another state so easy. I cry when I think about how wonderfully they treated us and how much LOVE they put into making our day so special. I will never forget the way they made us feel and how much they cared. Ryan and Celeste will be our friends for life and we are so grateful we found them.
