I thought it was good but the banana peppers tasted pickled which i didn't care for. We had the Bianca pizza, which was a flatbread not round and it had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. This was the only downside. We did see almost everyone else get the spaghetti and meatballs. Service was great and we were well taken care of.

At the wedding reception they provided a great family style meal that all of the guests were more than pleased with. We got nothing but raving reviews from the guests and even had one of the vegetarian guests smother her salad in one of the sauces that Old Carolina provided. They did, however, forget a portion of the meal that we paid for. Once we identified the error, they worked to rectify the issue. They were quick to make the monetary fix and were nothing but courteous and professional in the process. Despite the error, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company to anyone who wanted to use them for catering. And, for the quality and amount of food we got, we would have paid close to twice what we did anywhere else. You would be hard pressed to find this quality food with the level of customer service and professionalism anywhere else in NE Ohio. Had the mistake not happened, I would have easily rated this establishment with 5 stars instead of 4.

The day of the wedding, the same male caterer also made several rude comments to our family members who were inquiring about when the appetizers would be served. He said to my grandmother (who paid for the caterer) "they'll be ready when you see me set them on the table." He made this comment to various other guests as well. Besides this man, the rest of the staff were friendly and a pleasure to work with. The food was amazing and we got a lot of compliments on how great it was. They are also very fairly priced!

The salad bar, well, I didn't go to it. Why waste my belly space on salad?! I won't do it!! The drink station was pretty cool because you could serve yourself.
