Love my Bellawood Cumaru floors! Holding up great to a dog and three cats. We have no scratches yet from me or the pets, and the wood has evened out nicely since the install. We did it ourselves, it's not a bad time if you make sure that you have the right tools for the project - this stuff is so dense so a lot of nailers don't fire right through it. We bought one of the Norge 18gage nailers to install from them too and that worked great - also ended up using the nailer in my husbands' aunts house as well so you can get well more than one use! read more

I ordered a floor for pickup Sunday 8/30 morning. I just called to get an update on when it would be ready and they said not until 11/5. That it's on backorder. No where on the site or email confirmation does it say backordered. Now they are having issues canceling and it takes 7 days to get a refund. So I will have to keep checking back until I hopefully get an email canceling then wait another week to get a refund. I should have just gone to Home Depot and settled for my second choice. Never had any issues buying floor from them and they tell you before you purchase if they are back ordered or out of stock. Never again will I even consider buying from them. Horrible. read more

10 years ago we bought Bella Brazilian Cherry to do the floors in a house we had just bought. The floors have held up well and still look great. Today (10-21-19) we bought some LVT to put down in a newly constructed 3 season room.. obviously no time to review the product, but I CAN review the shopping experience. We (my wife and I) were greeted by "Mike" a really nice young man whose knowledge and people skills helped us thru the process. I had this product professionally installed in my foyer, living room and dining room. While it looks stunningly beautiful with it's dark rich color...it does not hold up well at all. I have never seen a hardwood floor hold up so poorly. If a shoe or even a finger nail scuffs across the top of the stain, it comes off leaving a white scratch mark taking off the finish. It also dents very easily. We sat on a piano bench with floor protectors attached and they left a perfect circular hole in the floor. It's almost as if the wood is hollow. I bought this floor because it was solid hardwood and the sales person said this was extremely durable since it was Mahogany. This must not be Mahogany is my only guess. Do not install this wood if you plan on walking on it. Very costly mistake. Lumber Liquidators says this is normal wear and tear. read more

We are first time home owners and we were excited to begin our "fixer upper" journey by selecting our hard wood floors. Unfortunately our experience at this lumber liquidator location left us disappointed and wanting to explore other options at different stores. We did not feel as though we were in a welcoming environment, more so a burden to the employee who was working. It is a shame we will not be purchasing from this business. read more

I loved my experience shopping here. I walked in and was promptly greeted by Sam. I explained my project to her and what I was looking for. She showed me my options and explained the differences between the wood types, finishes, solid vs. engineered, etc. I asked a million questions and she was very knowledgeable about the product. I ultimately bought about 400 SF of exotic prefinished solid hardwoods from her and I am very happy that I did. My contractor recommended that I check out Avalon, and I had a very negative experience shopping there. The employees at Lumber Liquidators are much more knowledgeable and friendly, and their prices are about $1/SF cheaper than Avalon. Don't even waste your time at Avalon. Why am I only rating this 3 stars? I paid $250 for shipping. The truck showed up and the workers insisted that they would not be bringing the product into the house. They literally left a pallet in my driveway and drove off. The boxes each weigh 100 lbs and I had 20 boxes to move. I had no way of moving the hardwood boxes into my house. The shipping is a waste of money. The guys who showed up were miserable and not very friendly either. read more

It's a warehouse of flooring and trim stuff like that. If you buy, they recommend you buy a bit over your mark so you dont run out of meterials, but if you return unopened boxes/materials they make you pay 20% restock fee which is robbery. They don't have good customer service skills. Nobody said thanks or have a good day. read more

Arrived with my sample of flooring that needed to be matched for a repair job. Mike was wonderfully helpful, spent time considering samples making sure the size,color and interlocking was right. If I had a large flooring job that needed to be done - I would absolutely go here. read more

I purchased Brazilian cherry and the buying experience was fine I picked it up and went straight home and stacked it up in my family room as instructed when I started to install I found a lot were split down the middle right out of the box I called the store in oaks pa where I bought it for some help they said I stored it wrong so its my problem and that ended my relationship with lumber luquidators never will I buy there again and I never send anyone that way to buy hardwood read more

Mixed review - I love the Bellawood Bamboo floor that we ordered. It is beautiful and the service on this order was top notch. My custom floor tread order left a lot to be desired. The fabricator was over two weeks late with the order and had some communication issues with the store while trying to get updates. If you order floor treads, please keep at least twice the quoted timeframe (and some acclamation time) in mind for the timing of your installation. read more

We got a great price on our Bellawood floors and they look beautiful. But the installation process was horrible. The scheduler lied to us twice about when the installers were going to come! We wasted several weekends waiting for them to show. When we called the "scheduler" he kept saying "they're coming...they'll be there". Only for them not to show up. Once we were prepared to get a refund on the installation, they appeared the day AFTER they were originally scheduled to come. Even then, because the person who measured shorted us on the baseboards, they couldn't complete the job and had to come back. We went back to the store and got more baseboards and they came back and did a very poor job of completing the baseboards, leaving part of the cord around detached. We are still waiting for a refund on the carpet removal. Though the saleslady in the store was awesome, the rest of the company has extremely poor customer service skills-especially installation.
