They had a transmission listed on car-part.com that I needed. I called and spoke to Mike on the phone about the transmission several times over 2 days. Mike assured me that the transmission was in good condition and that it did not have any damage to it. I live in Albuquerque, about 550 miles away and an 8 hour round trip. Upon arriving, Mike presented me with the transmission, saying that it had this "small damage but was fine". This is absolutely not "fine" as the chunk you see missing is supposed to have a mounting boss to bolt to the engine. Also, this part of the housing contains the valve body. Mike refunded my payment but refused to refund their 3% card fee. I was able to file a dispute with my bank to get the charge for their fee back at least. They didn't offer any apologies at all during this.
