Well if that's the case , she should have been removed from the call immediately! She is rude, talks over you, continually saying " how can I help you, how can I help you" over and over when I'm telling her the part that I need. She has no idea what I'm looking for. I questioned the location because there's multiple numbers for this ABC auto parts. She's constantly saying Riverdale, Riverdale, Riverdale and I still couldn't verify the number and address so after eight minutes of rudeness and over talking me I requested to speak to someone else and was told that someone else would call me back. The call ended at 10:07. I'm sure no one will call me back and if they do, I would definitely update this review. She is not hard to identify so someone should be coaching her especially if they want business. I know most places feel you lose one and get another one. Eventually you'll end up losing it all. I wouldn't recommend no one to this place. That's plenty of other places where you can go and spend your money and get treated better and remember your receptionist is the first line of contact so I see why they are the reviews are what they are.

I called for shocks observer for my Lexus. They told me on the phone. They were $75 each and even though when I went there, I showed them they are online for about 250 for all four of them But the reason I'm buying them for such a place because I need all the bolts and screws that goes with it someone swap that to a non-hydraulic and I'm trying to put it back the way it was. I purchased the car that way so she charged me 220 and it was only for the two front ones after she charged me I figured that out I said that's fine and they do not let you see the part before you take it off. You have to pay for it and then if you don't like it, they refund you the money. The guy brought the shots and one of them is damaged so they said OK will charge your only for one so they refund the money and charge me for one but then I thought about it it's not worth it to take one. I want it all four of them, but at least if not only two I cannot take one. I won't do me any good so I asked for a refund for the other one at that time. It was a guy at the window so he said bring everything back which is talking about the screws because he knows that's what I need the most and I'm pretty sure they will throw that in the garbage so I did and I asked them for the screws and I told him I pay you 20 bucks for them even though they're not even worth anything and they are going to throw them in the garbage he says no I wasted my time driving 45 minutes ago and 45 minutes back paying tollway and gas and on top of that I got a red camera ticket couple blocks from their place I really don't recommend this place not even to an enemy, even if they do have your part, there's a lot of places out there are more appreciated for your business and at least they have a positive attitude lost about $130 for nothing and you wouldn't give me couple screws that you're going to throw in the garbage for $20

Review for Broadway Auto Wreckers Ltd…read more Location: 13545 Sacramento Ave, Blue Island, IL I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Broadway Auto Wreckers Ltd. Here are the key issues I encountered: Faulty product:** I purchased an engine and transmission and battery that turned out to be defective. Unreasonable fees:** The shop charged an additional $300 restocking fee that I found to be inappropriate and not clearly justified. Poor communication and unsafe practices:** Repeated attempts to contact Khalid were unsuccessful; he blocked my phone numbers, making it extremely difficult to resolve the situation. Refund and service recovery problems:** I spent a considerable amount of time trying to recover my funds, with little to no satisfactory assistance from the seller. Personal Experience Summary Multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach the seller (Khalid) for resolution. Denied or obstructed communication after initiating refunds or returns. No adequate remedy or assistance provided to address the faulty engine and restocking concerns. Recommendation Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Broadway Auto Wreckers Ltd or Khalid for automotive parts or services. If you decide to engage with them, proceed with extreme caution: Insist on a detailed, written description of the engine's condition and a tested warranty. Request a clear, itemized receipt including any restocking fees, and ensure a return/refund policy is documented. Use a traceable payment method and consider recording conversations where legal and appropriate. Do not pay upfront for services or parts before you have inspected them or received a verified warranty or return policy.

Rating: I purchased…read morea transmission from Khaled's Auto Parts (Blue Island Auto) at 13545 S Sacramento Ave, Blue Island, IL. I was told it was tested and came with a guarantee. After paying for installation, the transmission did not work at all. Instead of honoring their guarantee, they tried to make me pay for labor twice, which is completely unfair. If a part is sold as tested and guaranteed, the customer should not be penalized when it fails immediately. This experience shows a lack of accountability and professionalism. I expected honesty and reliability, but instead I was left with wasted time, extra costs, and a broken promise. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying parts here--make sure you get everything in writing and be prepared for pushback if something goes wrong.

Do not not not buy auto parts from these con artists. I purchased a used alternator with…read moresupposedly 52k miles on it. Now this was an original Toyota alternator which LKQ supposedly thoroughly inspects and repairs. Haaaaaaaa. You would estimate the alternator had another 50k miles and several years to go. However, it went bad in less than a year, but of course over the warranty period which is only six months. Buying another alternator is bad enough. The problem is the labor which is 2.6 hours to remove and replace on the 3.5 liter engine. I should have gone to Auto Zone, O'Reillys, or Rock Auto. Anywhere but LKQ. Learn from my mistake do not buy parts from these charlatans.
