I called for shocks observer for my Lexus. They told me on the phone. They were $75 each and even though when I went there, I showed them they are online for about 250 for all four of them But the reason I'm buying them for such a place because I need all the bolts and screws that goes with it someone swap that to a non-hydraulic and I'm trying to put it back the way it was. I purchased the car that way so she charged me 220 and it was only for the two front ones after she charged me I figured that out I said that's fine and they do not let you see the part before you take it off. You have to pay for it and then if you don't like it, they refund you the money. The guy brought the shots and one of them is damaged so they said OK will charge your only for one so they refund the money and charge me for one but then I thought about it it's not worth it to take one. I want it all four of them, but at least if not only two I cannot take one. I won't do me any good so I asked for a refund for the other one at that time. It was a guy at the window so he said bring everything back which is talking about the screws because he knows that's what I need the most and I'm pretty sure they will throw that in the garbage so I did and I asked them for the screws and I told him I pay you 20 bucks for them even though they're not even worth anything and they are going to throw them in the garbage he says no I wasted my time driving 45 minutes ago and 45 minutes back paying tollway and gas and on top of that I got a red camera ticket couple blocks from their place I really don't recommend this place not even to an enemy, even if they do have your part, there's a lot of places out there are more appreciated for your business and at least they have a positive attitude lost about $130 for nothing and you wouldn't give me couple screws that you're going to throw in the garbage for $20

I discovered a massive oil leak(smoke) while pulling a camper on I294. I pulled off and was…read morerecommended to go to Certified. They let us plug the camper in to their shop, so food wouldn't spoil and moved us to the front of the line. They found the leak in an oil cooler line(Why would Toyota use a rubber hose for oil under pressure) sent someone down to Orland Park to get the part, and installed it. Vacation saved. They could have easily taken advantage of us, being 40 miles from home with 2 kids and a loaded camper, but charged us a fair price. Good Guys. Not easy to find. I marked it with a trail of oil from the Marathon station to their shop:).
