After the technician left. I called and called and called and asked for someone to come back quickly to do the job. They offered a return visit 1-3 weeks out. That was too late- by that time the new Gutters would be attached to the house and would impossible to fix unless you remove the new gutter. I was charged with hanging a light fixture they never hung and repairing wood rot that they never repaired. I asked for a refund and I think they were refunded about $30 because they said there was a minimum trip charge of $500! no one mentioned that before, but they enforced it even though it was never disclosed, and even though they never did a repair correctly This is a horrible company run as fast as you can away I attest that these facts are true and accurate with no embellishment.
