I am disappointment regarding my experience at the salon on Friday, August 28. I left work early…read morespecifically so that I could come to the salon because I had a very tight schedule. I was working my second job at 5:30 PM that day and also had to work Saturday and Sunday, as well as Monday through Wednesday, because I was preparing to leave for a trip on Thursday, September 3. I specifically requested Tyson because I wanted him to do my fill-in, and I explained when I arrived that I also needed a polish change on my toes. When I arrived, Tyson was finishing up with another client, so I understood that I would need to wait briefly. I was told that my feet would be done first, which was perfectly fine, and I expected Tyson to be available by the time my polish change was finished. However, while I was getting my feet done, I noticed that Tyson brought another client back and began servicing them. Once my feet were finished, I was then told that I would need to wait. I asked Tyson how much longer he would be, and he told me approximately 30-40 minutes. At that point, I had to leave because waiting that long would have caused me to be late for work. What was most disappointing to me was that I had specifically requested Tyson and had made it clear that I was on a time constraint. If he was already finishing with a client when I arrived, I completely understand having to wait for him. However, once he finished with that client, I feel that I should have been next since I had already requested him and was waiting for him. If he wanted to take another client instead, I feel that the appropriate thing would have been to communicate that with me and ask whether I was willing and able to wait. Tyson asked me if I was okay because at this point, I'm visibly upset, I explained that I was not because I felt the situation was inconsiderate and unprofessional. I had gone out of my way to leave work early and squeeze this appointment in between two jobs, only to find out that I would have to wait another 30-40 minutes. He suggested for me to return later or the next day on Saturday. I explained if that was an option I would have done that from the beginning. Taking another client to ask me to come back later or another day is crazy. Additionally, I was not completely satisfied with my feet. I had to ask for the polish to be changed during the service, and overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the experience. Because of the way the appointment was handled and because I was not satisfied with the service I received, I did not feel that I should have been charged for the service. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that my time and appointment were not valued. I hope management will take my concerns seriously and review what happened so that situations like this can be handled better in the future.

Found a technician that did my nails just the way I liked them. Until one Friday evening.... I had expressed to the tech what I wanted to include adding gem stones. He says okay and continues my set. The salon closes at 7 and it was getting a little close to that time, 615-ish. He expressed that he had a commitment so I offered to come back tomorrow so he could finish. Reminded him what I wanted to include the gems, set a time. He said was cool with that so I left. Returned the next morning and he looked a bit like he wasn't expecting me, but seats me at his station anyway. Proceeds to apply the polish for my French tips, but no gem stones. I'm like ummmm what about the rhinestones. He flat out said no . Now it was my turn to look like I didn't understand what was happening. No scene was made I just said okay and left. I had paid the day before since my nails were 85% done. While I do like this salon, I didn't like the way this visit went and I won't say I will never go back, but they for sure won't be my first choice

Before I made the appointment, I showed the girl at the desk what I wanted done for a manicure. She said they should definitely be able to do it. I got there and it was super busy, but they sat me in a pedicure chair right away. I think a waited at least a half hour for someone to come over and start my pedicure. My feet felt like they were turning into prunes sitting in the water for so long, and the water was pretty cold at that point. The pedicure itself was pretty good. I thought Anthony did a really good job. From the time I got there until right before my pedicure, I was told about 3 times that they should be able to do what I wanted for a manicure. Then they said well that picture is the powder dip, but we can try gel. The man sat me down for my manicure and said he would go look for the color. Then Steven came over...he was adamant that they could not do what I wanted in the picture in gel, so I was about to give in and do powder just so I could get it done. Then he says, but I would have to add tips. I have pretty long nails that I have taken good care of, waiting to get my nails done for this week. I definitely did not need or want tips. I said, "you can't just do it with powder? that is what you said," and he said, "no we would need to do tips." So then since he wouldn't do it without tips, I said well I will just do something else and I felt super rushed to pick something out. I would have been more prepared if they told me they couldn't do it in the beginning. After deciding quickly on a color, Steven started my manicure. He seemed rushed and annoyed the entire time. I just wanted to get out of there. When I got in the car and looked at my manicure, I could see spots where he should have filed and also weird spots/marks on my nails. I was there for almost 2 hours! The girl at the desk said if you are unhappy with the manicure that I could come back and they could redo it, but I don't have time for that. This was my first and last time there!
