I looked for a while for another one that wasn't damaged. I wasn't able to find one, so I decided I could repair the loose thread at home with a knitting needle. I kindly asked the manager if I could have a small discount for the damaged item that I would have to go home to repair. She grabbed a pair of scissors to cut the loose thread. I told her please, do not cut the thread or the hat will come apart! I almost couldn't believe my eyes. I told her I can repair the hat but for that I wouldn't want to pay full price. She said she couldn't discount the price for the defective item. Honestly, my money and time would be spent better anywhere else. The store is constantly messy and their product is damaged. They refuse to help and in fact, are willing to further damage their product instead of helping the customer. Buyers beware. Would not recommend to anyone.

I called the store to ask about this and they told me they absolutely stood behind their products and would replace them. I took the boots back in to get them replaced and was told by the associate that the boots were "showing wear" and they would not replace them.
