Nooooo Not to mention the shoes are so unorganized everything is mixed up. Kudo's on customer service (eesh* did I just say kudo's?) So here is my thing as far as equipment's - pricey! but what should you expect right? They have a great selection on the things I was looking for - camping gears, hunting, sleeping bags etc etc....It was like the rest stop before heaven. I'm on a strict budget but knowing that this place has really good equipment's just makes me save up for it :) definitely can't wait to go back. (In regards to shoes - shop around a little bit first - I have found some pretty good prices else where....just consider it)

I purchased an inexpensive ($27) pool cue package about two weeks ago and have only played 5-6…read moregames with it. The upper portion of the cue established a rattle of some sort. Each time I hit the cue ball it was thought there was a split in the wood or something was loose, obviously a defect. I went in today to the Moses Lake store to exchange it, possibly upgrade it. I talked to the polite counter person who said they would need to call a manager to the front. While waiting I went back to see if there was another one like mine. There was not so I decided to upgrade to a significantly higher quality set, $90. I got to the counter to finish the return and new transaction only to be informed by the manager on duty they do not take returns on pool cues because they are like baseball bats, an "impact" piece of equipment, store policy. Their return policy on their website clearly states no returns on bats and to refer to the "in-store policy" which there was a link to. That policy further defined non-returnable items, nowhere mentioning pool cues. I explained that I was about to purchase something of far greater value with a higher profit margin, to which the manager said "I would get in trouble if I allow this return." I asked for the next level of management's phone number, to which he provided me their corporate customer service number. I then asked for the actual store manager's name because I want to speak with someone locally to resolve this issue, which I got but they are not in today. In the past three years I have spent about $1,000 on merchandise in this store. Seems a shame to lose a customer over an unpublished return policy and $5.00 profit when I was ready to spend far more than that. I'll let you know how it goes.

I went in the other day to spend a little extra cash on some fishing stuff. When I walked in the…read moreguy at the counter was discussion steelhead fishing with two other customers. I took my time selecting my items, but 15 minutes later that converstation was still going on. I stood off to the side for a moment or two, waiting for the clerk to see that I was ready to pay for my items. He did not acknowledge me. So I said outloud, "I am ready to check out". He took my small handful of items, and between arguments with those other two customers about which part of the Columbia was open, he very slowly began to ring up my purchase. It honestly took him two minutes to scan my five items. Then he just .... sat. Stood there and argued with those other customers (who were not trying to make a purchase - maybe they had done that before I arrived, but they were not holding any merchandise) about where the Columbia was closed. I finally got frustrated and left. Bottom line -- don't go here unless you wish to be ignored. I cannot imagine this place staying in business. I ended up spending my money at Dicks -- at least they had time for me. I would not suggest this store for any reason. I really miss Grumpy's (which this new store replaced).

Okay I've never given a review for a place that messed up, but this small business is amazing. My…read morehusband got a brand new snowboard for Christmas (his first new board in like 10 years) and automatically went to the amazing staff at Sporthaus for a wax. I've never seen my husband so disappointed when he got back from the shop. The scratches were a little ridiculous. He was super bummed, but less than an hour later one of the owners called him personally to express how that work was NOT up to their standards as a business and wanted to work with him on how to make it right. Thank you Sporthaus for doing something a lot of business owners (and let's be honest, the majority of people) dont do, which is taking accountability and wanting to make things correct.
