Unfortunately, all the cardboard bins were full during my visit, so I was directed to the garbage area instead to use the cardboard recycling bin there. Just a heads up: It's VERY stinky in there, and I wasn't prepared for that part. I was wearing long pants, and they did get a bit wet from whatever was on the floor. It does look like the staff regularly cleans the floor area, which is probably why the floor was wet but still, not the most pleasant surprise! That's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. We both knocked on the door but to no avail. The other customer calls the number posted out front and eventually a worker greets us. I told him I was dropping off a monitor and he told me it would cost $10. I told him I spoke to someone 20 minutes ago and was told it would be at no cost. The worker/owner(?) said it used to be free but now there is a cost per item. Ok.. why wasn't that disclosed when I called not even an hour ago? The other customer also said he spoke to someone yesterday and they told him it was free to drop off the peripherals. I'm giving the business 3 stars because they should have been upfront about the cost. I think they are saying it costs $0 to get people to show up, then charge them a fee at arrival. Truthfully, I would have been ok paying $10 - I just want transparency!
