Since then she has successfully completed several residential sales and negotiated commercial rentals. She is smart. She tells it like it is and most importantly, she knows the Austin market inside and out. One can barely drive down a single street without her telling a story about this house or that, its history and bad plumbing. She can walk in a room and her eye will immediately be drawn to any anomaly or defect that will disqualify the property. I would not buy a house without Robin. She is the best defense against other agents that do not do their jobs, sloppy inspectors and badly written contracts.

We felt in control during the negotiation, inspection, re-negotiation and title transfer and it never felt like any question was a waste of time, nor any paperwork a chore, and we bought the house we wanted, under budget, in under a month. I very much recommend Zen Properties if you're buying a house in the Austin area.

I would highly recommend Chris Tomhave to anyone looking for an attentive and professional Real Estate Agent.

I am completely disappointed in this service since day 1. Don't waste your time if you find a cool home to rent out and it's Managment by this company... you will be disappointed.

Three words come to mind: terrible, horrible, avoid! I found some properties that I wanted to look…read moreat on their website, and I received an email from Christina at Realty Pros. We set an appointment to look at places Monday at noon. So far so good, but then it began going downhill. Christina called me at about 10:30 on Monday (read: only an hour and half before our appointment) to ask me some more questions about my needs, and turns out none of the places I'd picked actually fit. She agreed to keep looking around and sent me some links to places she found. Every place she sent me was outside the geographical area I wanted to live in, and in really bad parts of town. I kid you not, according to google street view, one place was across the street from "Ideal Fadez & Colorz". I emailed her back and politely reiterated where I wanted to live and asked if there was anything else she could find. Her response (and this is copy/pasted): "I am not seeing any right now. Check out our website and see if there is anything else you are interersted in and I wlll be happy to show it to you." Is this a joke? The whole point of getting a realtor is to cut out the legwork. A few days later she emailed me to see if I had "found anything". No, honey, that is YOUR job, and I am SO done working with you.

She listened to our wants (e.g., house size, price range, area, school, etc) and showed us everything I wanted to see as well as places she found. I think we only saw about 8 houses before we found the one! It had an offer in on it already and she walked us through the exciting and scary process of making another offer. We stayed within our budget and got more then we ever dreamed we'd have. She stayed involved and walked us through the whole loan process and getting all our paperwork in. I can't recommend her highly enough!

I was able to close on the old house quickly and purchased my dream home within 45 days! Michele streamlined the selling and buying process in a way that felt effortless. She handled every step--from staging, to inspections, to estimates on repairs... she seemed to have a "guy" for everything! She was in constant communication and I never had to lift a finger. I truly felt taken care of! Michele helped me secure a sweet cash deal on the home I was selling, at much more than expected. In turn she helped negotiate the price of the home I ending up purchasing (less than asking price)! I am so happy I chose her as my realtor and will definitely be sending more business her way. Thanks again!

I was in contact with Marc Pulver before our big move to Austin from Oregon. He SEEMED really nice…read moreand professional over the phone and we were excited that someone was going to work with us in finding an apartment. For some reason once we got to Austin, Marc ignored ALL of my phone calls and emails. Luckily we were able to find a place within the two days of moving (ended up taking over someone's lease and now we're are living off of Congress Ave- 10 min walk to downtown). If Marc was not interested in helping us due to either the amount we were willing to spend on rent or he actually had something more important going on, he should have at least called or emailed us explaining that he would be unable to help. I found it rude and unprofessional. They also use the website that goes by http://youraustinrealtors.com/

You can't get any better service than what we received from Fine Austin Living. The attention we…read morereceived from their staff, especially Marc Pulver, was superior. Marc showed us homes from Austin to as far out as Liberty Hill which is at least 50 miles round trip every time and with gas prices the way they are he didn't hesitate one bit. That is certainly going the extra mile for a prospective client. After looking at many homes Marc came through for us. We found that rare diamond in the rough and we mean GEM; 2.7 acre treed lot with a custom built 3900 sq foot one level 3 car garage home constructed in 2004. The driveway was newly poured last year and is actually 450 feet long. Can you say AWESOME! Marc successfully negotiated the price for us; coming in under $412K. You can't find a home like this in Georgetown for under $570K. On top of the great staff like Marc, Fine Austin Living has great connections such as inspectors and loan financing. As a retired military using VA, Marc hooked us up with a mortgage broker that new her stuff about VA loans. She literally was able to lock us in at 3.75% with no closing costs. We've dealt with brokers and mortgage lenders in the past that didn't know much about VA financing but Marc and Fine Austin Living certainly had top notch connections that came through for us at all levels. Marc was always available and very responsive to all of our questions from earnest money to appraisals and surveys. Now every morning we wake up and sit on our huge back deck or front deck and watch deer and wild turkey cross our lot. Talk about serenity that is within minutes of civilization which is all thanks to Fine Austin Living, Marc and all their supporting elements. Marc and Fine Austin Living is my realtor choice in the future but that won't be necessary after they found us our dream home. We highly recommend contacting Marc Pulver and Fine Austin Living for your dream home.
