First, I was responsible for selling the family home in Austin. Second, I live in faraway Pennsylvania. Third, the property was in a reasonably desirable neighborhood, but showed the wear and tear of every one of the 50 years that successive members of my family lived there. Ancient plumbing, worn-out roof, cracked foundation. I decided it would be best to offer this pile as a tear-down. Kristen visited, agreed with me about all the work that obviously DID need to be done, but told me she thought I was mistaken about it being a teardown. She did not say it had "good bones." Rather, she pointed to a good layout, large rooms, and nice design features (the cathedral ceiling with exposed beams in the family room is one example). She asked me to trust her, and I am glad I did! She recommended a dependable crew to clean up the yard, a team to clean the interior (including bathrooms), and suggested that this would be enough to let experienced eyes see that this property was a potential gem, not a disaster. She was right: I was fielding solid offers within 24 hours of listing, and a deal quickly closed at the full asking price, probably twice what I had expected for a teardown. Kristen was there with the data, expertise, and patience that kept me from leaving my family's money on the table. Thank you, Kristen.

We chose Kristen because she is incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful, and trustworthy. Our…read moreoriginal plan was to move to California, complete a few updates on the house from a distance, and then put it on the market once everything was ready. Kristen provided honest, practical advice about which improvements were worth investing in and which ones could wait, helping us make smart decisions with our money. When we drove away, we left our home in her hands with complete confidence. Although I gathered repair bids and coordinated potential contractors, Kristen made it a point to meet with them before any decisions were made to ensure we were getting the best value and quality. Once we moved, she took over communication with contractors, coordinated schedules, and kept everything moving efficiently so that not a single day was wasted. She even stepped in and completed some tasks herself. Kristen staged the home beautifully and made sure it was always clean, polished, and ready for showings. We received an offer quickly, and when the first contract fell through, she immediately went to work. She ensured that every item from the inspection report was addressed, allowing us to keep the house on the market without interruption. Her strategic approach was invaluable--she proactively communicated with other agents about the inspection issues and the work that had been completed. As a result, we received another offer very quickly. Even during moments when we weren't sure how everything would come together, Kristen remained calm, communicative, and solution-oriented. She consistently leveraged her experience and network of resources to help us navigate every challenge and ultimately get the sale closed. We are incredibly grateful that we chose Kristen. Her dedication, professionalism, and commitment went far beyond what we ever expected from a realtor. Any home seller would be fortunate to have Kristen on their side.

While home shopping in a hot market like Austin, Leslie's connections were invaluable in finding us our perfect home. She is incredible at leading and guiding you to the right decision. There are an overwhelming amount of things to consider when purchasing a home for personal or investment purposes. Leslie was always there for us, and has impeccable taste and business acumen. When starting to work with Leslie 2 years ago, we let her know we weren't in a hurry and wanted to wait for the perfect property. She is excellent at what she does and actually the first property she showed (which was off market and only available through her connections) was our dream. She quickly showed us a curated collection of homes to make sure we were making the right decision. (She is purely dedicated to her clients making the right decision for their future, we never once felt rushed.) The seller ultimately ended up not moving forward for personal reasons, which we were fine with because we didn't expect to find our dream home so quickly! Throughout the next year of casual searching we ironically ended up on the same street of the first house Leslie showed us. It wouldn't have been possible with out her! We are truly grateful! I definitely can't forget to mention we have seen her first hand in multiple negotiations, where she is a class act and delivered a successful outcome. You can trust that Leslie and the teams she works with are top notch. Our closing, appraisals, all the other details went incredibly smooth. Leslie helps facilitate and is active in every detail. She really is incredible and you couldn't be in better hands.

Maybe she was just too busy with folks who were spending more money for a house. There was an issue with the roof and her follow up within was not! We have been in our new home for just over six months, so I have waited to post this review. So, no, can not recommend her at all!

She knows the building inside and out but in a more general sense, she has a good grasp of condo living in the downtown Austin area. When we decided to use her as our seller's agent, we found out that her success in the building was no accident. She handled almost everything you could think of to properly market and sell your condo. This included staging, photography, marketing, general cleaning, carpet cleaning, agent tours, open houses, pre-MLS marketing, etc. Throughout the process she was never out of the loop or behind on anything. She was available by phone throughout the day and put in the extra hours where it made sense (offers, negotiations, closing). We had some last minute issues with our buyers and she really stepped it up during that time to ensure we closed on the sale. We eventually got directly involved and we were working together to wrap up all the loose ends (none of which were her fault). Her experience and personal network within our building was a critical asset at this time. We really appreciated how she handled the situation and she seamlessly took back the reins to help us get to closing. If you're planning to sell your condo, you should definitely interview Nicole. She has all the qualities of a great agent plus she's more than willing to be flexible and adapt to meet her client's needs.

In retrospect, working with Nicole was one of the smartest decisions we ever made because she was so thorough and so patient in showing us a wide range of different units all over the downtown area. Her knowledge of the Austin real estate market is second to none, and she was totally focused on getting at the heart of what we were looking for, despite our own confusion as to what we wanted. Every place she took us, we could tell she was listening intently to what we were saying, gathering information that would help her understand what properties to show us next, and what to stay away from. Through this process, we ended up with our dream condo right in the middle of downtown Austin. We couldn't be happier with how thoughtful and attentive Nicole was to our needs. She worked exceptionally hard for us, not just showing us properties, but making sure she hit the bulls-eye, and then making the entire paperwork process easy. She earned our highest recommendation.
