She is very professional, through, detail oriented and went beyond what one can expect from a sellers agent, taking care that everything was done, down to even weeding my lawn when needed as I was gone! Sheri came to look at my now ex husband's house and recommended we just make it the way we want given how much a new house would cost. From that day, I felt Sheri was extremely honest and trustworthy. She could've recommended that we sell it and be our seller and buyer agent. Fast forward 4 years, and I was looking for a house for myself in 2018. I searched in my emails to find Sheri's contact info and we began my search. Sheri listens and remembers the things I want in a house. She also tells me things to consider while living in the house. For example, the direction the house is facing, which is not something I would've thought about being a first time home buyer. We finally found a home I love in Circle C. Fast forward 3 years, and my significant other and I are searching for a house to start a family. She even remembers HIS preferences and mine. We found a home we love thanks in Cedar Park. She is also helping me rent out my Circle C home. Overall, she's not pushy, she's understanding and patient. She's definitely focused on building relationships and not just to close a deal. She will be the one and only agent I work with for all of my home related needs.

I flew into Austin with only a couple days to look at houses so Cindy made sure that she had numerous houses lined up that fit my criteria. We drove around and looked at houses and I eventually chose the one I wanted. Cindy got me the house within 24 hours. She closed the deal before I even left Austin! Needless to say I was thrilled! Cindy was great the whole time. During my time looking at homes, she listened to what I wanted and we customized what houses we would be looking at or not looking at from our list as we went along and I could see more of what I wanted and what I didn't. Cindy flexed and flowed the whole time, listening and making suggestions based on my various requests. This was a learning process for me too since it was my first home-buying experience. I really enjoyed working with Cindy and I would recommend her highly to anyone looking to buy a house. Cindy has been a RE agent in Austin for 18 years and so she really knows the lay of the land which I appreciated as well. When it came time to go through the paperwork for the house, Cindy knew it like the back of her hand and was right there by my side walking me through each step of the way. It was my first time buying a house so I really appreciated Cindy's know-how and long-time experience where the paperwork part of the transaction was concerned. Cindy was always available and very communicative throughout the whole deal. I could always get her on the phone in short-form if needed and she always responded to my texts. Because of the COVID situation, I did not go through with this house purchase but I will be moving to Austin eventually and I would work with Cindy again to find a great property.

At the time of our move, my husband and I were brand new to Austin, so we didn't have experience with local neighborhoods, property management companies, or really even what to expect in a rental property here. We had talked with an agent from another company before we arrived in the city, and had made plans with him to go see properties. It was a mess and we ended up losing a whole week while trying to coordinate with him. We met Bethany of TX Real Estate People randomly (luckily!) when we scheduled our own viewing for a property that was listed on Trulia.com. We began working with Bethany and she really hustled to make up for lost time -- we were seeing properties the very next day. I really appreciate how she listened to our needs, gave honest feedback about properties, made negotiation suggestions, did quick work to find out additional information, and frankly, was just a straight-forward communicator. Additionally, she was just a joy to be around! And that goes a long way when you're feeling stressed and needing to make important decisions. The next time we move, we know who we'll be calling.

Bethany really listened to what I was looking for and worked to find just the right properties to show me, when previous realtors were wasting both of our time with places that I would never be interested in (they weren't listening to my needs). She was terrific to look at properties with, giving honest feedback and recommendations. She was also a great person who I enjoyed spending time with (as you know you spend hours with people when going through this process). When I did find a place, it had multiple offers in place. She worked like a champion to make sure I was the top candidate and I was able to secure a space that couldn't be more perfect for me! I highly recommend working with Bethany. She makes sure you feel like a priority and intuitively understands what you're looking for.

She's incredibly knowledgeable about the Austin area and gives a lot of insight into any homes that you're purchasing. I just found her to be so helpful in the process and genuine and honest, we've recommended her to other family members, and she's generally helped out in the homebuying process rather significantly, steering us away from making bad decisions. I'm truly surprised that she has any negative reviews. We worked with a lot of other real estate agents who just weren't informed on housing issues didn't understand the contracts and didn't really have the time for us. We had the opposite experience with Juanita where she spent a lot of time with us where it was relevant and helped our knowledge of the area when we were new to it and, allowed us to make the best decision for our family in terms of homebuying.

Why we liked working with Barbara (and her assistant, Sierrah): * Barbara knows what we are looking for. The communication was great and we feel we aligned very well on the requirement and criteria. *Barbara is very familiar with Austin area and she is very resourceful. We have been looking for homes on Redfin for months on our own. Then Barbara recommended several homes to us which we overlooked initially but end up better than what we found by ourselves. We were calling real estate agents from our condo trying to look at homes. Out of dozens of calls, two agents called me back. That's how I met Blaga. Unfortunately, the house we wanted to see was already gone. However, she agreed to meet with us to show us rental houses over a 24-hour period on Easter weekend. She showed us homes, helped find us a good fit for us and our dogs, negotiated some details on the pets for us, and we signed the lease and were on our way. I was so impressed with the service and skills that when it came time to buy a home, I asked her to be our representative. She found us a wonderful home in a beautiful neighborhood that was at a great price. The home she suggested didn't impress me on the Internet but she took us through the house and showed us what the ad didn't. With her help, our bid (one of three) was the winning bid, despite not being the highest. She then helped us negotiate an early exit to our lease so we could close on the house, and she did it with such grace that afterwards, the landlord asked her to manage the property for him. I would recommend her without reservation to anyone looking for a good real estate professional who knows the Austin market inside and out and has really amazing insight on matching people to places.
