We worked with a lot of other real estate agents who just weren't informed on housing issues didn't understand the contracts and didn't really have the time for us. We had the opposite experience with Juanita where she spent a lot of time with us where it was relevant and helped our knowledge of the area when we were new to it and, allowed us to make the best decision for our family in terms of homebuying.

She made me a blueberry and banana smoothie, rushed me to HEB Plus when we found out the security deposit had to be a money order, bought printer paper and ink when I sheepishly told her I hadn't printed out my pay stubs...basically took care of everything.
