Everyone there is supportive of each of the girls and wants them to succeed. They have created a wonderful, strong, loving community for all of the members starting from the youngest ones. The hours the sessions are offered are working parent friendly compared to other studios in the area. I felt the heat in her hands and even teared up a couple times. She then led a meditation journey which helped me get in my body.
