But when he told me he was going to be going to his own office I found him and followed him there. He doesn't treat his patients like cattle in and out as fast as he can. She insisted that I gave the wrong member ID, which was not true, and continued to argue with me rather than resolving the issue professionally. Her tone was inappropriate, and others could hear the interaction, which is unacceptable in a medical setting. Mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled was completely unprofessional. Patients should not be blamed for staff errors or treated with disrespect when trying to fix an issue. I hope management addresses this, because this experience was not okay.

They took time to examine me and didn't rush me out. It ended up that I had the flu and it had progressed to severe bronchitis and both of my ears were full with fluids.
