But when he told me he was going to be going to his own office I found him and followed him there. He doesn't treat his patients like cattle in and out as fast as he can. We e been seeing him for approximately 6 yrs now. I think a lot of frustration comes from not understanding him and understanding of how he thinks. He can be a bit fast and hard to follow but nothing that asking him to slow down or put it in terms you can understand better. Understanding him is to know a little bit more about him and his practice. he works very long days and long weeks and it's not for the money it's for his patients although the money is what we all want at the end of the day. he starts very early at the hospital in the mornings and see patients in his office in the afternoons. Again this is done for his patients to do his best to be there for you instead of making you wait 2 weeks to a month to see the doctor. I will never put down someone who works amount of hours he does. I didn't even mention the hours the he puts in on the weekends and after hours. In the past 10 year my mother has ended up in the ER for various reason and i myself once. We ask they call doctor Gerges and let him know one of us is there. Every time he has shown up and one time its was 2:30 am in the morning. So you see if he ask you to come in to get a refill on a prescription if it's not one of the medications that requires it, some of which requirement have change and some seem like every years on the onset I take, it to make sure nothing has changed with you and make sure your doing alright as a true concern. He like to keep his patients fresh in his mind so not to confuse John with Bob who has similar health problems. He won't always send you right out to a new doctor sometimes because he wants to be sure he's sending you to the right physician. You may not have noticed or just got frustrated for having to get more test but you know why? He's very thorough and doesn't want to miss anything a checkup can't tell you. The problem is I learned to late he is simply a pill pusher, quick to tell you to get vaccines and take medications for your ailments. But he doesn't try hard enough to find out what is wrong with your health. I found that out in 2022 when I was finally diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. I began having symptoms in 2018 and after multiple test, xray, ct scan etc. He failed to do the necessary tests I needed even after lab techs recommended them. I asked for an apology and still have not received one. After going through Chemotherapy and radiation and thankfully surviving thus far. I think I am owed at least that much. Dr Mark Tetz needs to act like a man and apologize to me for his willful indifference and simple neglec.

She insisted that I gave the wrong member ID, which was not true, and continued to argue with me rather than resolving the issue professionally. Her tone was inappropriate, and others could hear the interaction, which is unacceptable in a medical setting. Mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled was completely unprofessional. Patients should not be blamed for staff errors or treated with disrespect when trying to fix an issue. I hope management addresses this, because this experience was not okay.

They looked in both ears and said nothing was wrong. I waited two weeks and I was still sick. I knew something else was wrong. I had a hard time breathing, fever, headache, raw throat, felt kind of foggy in my head and ears felt plugged. Came to Advanced Medical care center and I was impressed! They took time to examine me and didn't rush me out. It ended up that I had the flu and it had progressed to severe bronchitis and both of my ears were full with fluids. I was put on the correct medication along with chest x-ray prescription if my fever went up higher to check for pneumonia. Within a few days I started feeling better.
