He was very friendly and let us try as many boba flavors as we wanted. The flavors had the right amount of sweetness and the boba pearls were soft - exactly what we were looking for! So a few days later, Randy drew up a contract. We made 2 payments before the wedding. Very easy! We had a total of 3 food trucks at our wedding and guess which one was the most popping? Bobaddiction! Randy came right on the dot and lines were already forming! Definitely going to use Bobaddiction again at another event in my life!

Kinda made me feel like I was outside but actually inside with air conditioning. Had the brisket and turkey meal with Mac and Cheese and a side of greens. Everything had so much flavor. I loved every bite. It seems like quite a bit of food for the price. I couldn't finish it all. The meat was perfectly cooked, great rind and juicy. Loved the smoked turkey actually, more than that brisket. Loved the greens! So good. Mac and cheese was average, but I'd definitely eat it again.

We ordered two sets of wings: Buffalo and Dry Rub spicy BBQ. The wings were big in size but honestly, they were overly seasoned. It was too salty, too peppery, and just too bold. I ordered a brisket taco plate which came with two tacos. The brisket was dry and not flavorful. These tacos were dry and definitely needed the green salsa Verde that it came with. This bbq place isn't for me, but I understand there is a cult following for this place.

I do want to recommend one improvement to the quoting process for catering. In initial meetings with customers, I think it would be beneficial to walk a couple through a calculation of the itemized food prices and quantity required - and then use that to generate a quote. We received an estimate at the start of our engagement with Nammitruck and when we received our draft invoice about one week before our wedding, it had more variability than I anticipated. We ended up working through the process I outlined above and coming to an agreeable price, however, I wouldn't have anticipated doing this a week out from the big day. That being said, the team ultimately came through and delivered quality food for us and our guests, and to me, that was the most important part of why we hired them. Thanks again! The Griggs

When the Mosaic African Ancestry Network was putting on our Black History Month Happy Hour and Panel event, we had to have them cater. They made our lives to much easier. Sparkle was able to coordinate our options to accommodate our budget and the number of people we were going to have. Chef G sent over the menu choices and it was hard not to choose them all. They did offer to do a tasting so we could choose the best apps for our event. Everything was wonderful! Some how we were able to narrow it down to 4 options. Fried Collard Green Egg Rolls - These were life changing! I never would have thought to put collard greens and smoked turkey in an egg roll.It is the best combination ever. Chef G is changing the game with this one Mini Brisket Stuffed Cornbread Cups - This sweet cornbread with the tender brisket in bbq sauce as a cute little sandwich. I could have eaten 5 or 6 of these but I was able to contain myself to one Mini Chicken and Cornbread Waffles - They even had little cups of syrup to serve with them. Definitely a must have at any event. Mac & Cheese Tart - This was a great vegetarian option for the event. Also the Mosaic engagement leader loved it so much at the tasting she would have hunted me down if we didn't order them. The day of the event Chef G and Sparkle were fabulous. They made everything fresh in the truck and refilled items as needed. We didn't have to stress about anything. People were raving days after the event. We definitely will be using them again.
