Don't let the hater reviews detract you, this place is perfectly fine. I was on a business trip and found myself in Sweetwater, and as this is the only current Chinese establishment within 35mi, I gave it a try. I found a mom, dad and young son working hard to fulfill online and phone in orders. I got a veggie delight and egg drop soup that were more than adequate, and even though I ordered when I came in, it was ready in less than 10mins. This restaurant is a perfect example of the American Dream, so don't let the negative Nellys cause you to miss out on this opportunity to help small business in these tough times. read more

Definitely worth a try !! After reading the reviews on here me and my boyfriend were a bit skeptical but we decided to ignore them all and give it a shot anyways and it did not disappoint! The restaurant itself was clean and tidy, pretty empty but no messes. Customer service was great, the lady that attended us was friendly, absolutely no complaints there. The food came out pretty fast and smelled heavenly on the drive home. After a 10 minute drive food was still hot and tasted absolutely amazing, their fried cheese wontons were extremely delicious and the portions were generous. We were both stuffed and had leftovers for tomorrow ! No idea why this place is slow and has so many negative reviews, it's definitely a must try!! We will be going again :) read more

This was a generic American Chinese restaurant. The food tastes exactly like all of the other American Chinese restaurants; if you've been to one, you've been to them all. The Mushu Pork was ok. The flavor was fine but the wraps were a bit dry and hard. The fried rice had no flavor. Overall, it was ok, but I won't be going back. read more

After reading a number of negative reviews my boyfriend and I still took the chance and decided to stop in on New Year's Day and boy are we happy we did! It was extremely quick ( great for our road trip) hot and delicious. Also the serving size of our meals were huge. I got the dinner portion of shrimp lo-main and with rice the container had to weight 8 pounds. I could barley make a dent. All that to say I would not be scared off by the other reviews as it was truly delicious especially for the price. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would the lady in the front is so rude. I ordered two meals. Asked for soy sauce she handed me ONE package. I asked for more she hands me 2. I just got irritated and left we went to park across street to realize that she didn't even give us a single fork. I go back and ask for 4 forks. Explaining 2 were for my twin toddlers that will be sharing she got mad and tried to only give me 2 forks.. . and again asked for more soy sauce she threw a fit saying that it was 1.50 for every 10 packets. I told her I ordered 2 meals on top of egg rolls and she just got mad and slammed 3 more In my hand and I walked out. We go to eat the egg rolls were the size of an index finger and mostly hollow. Well, like others have said the food is reasonably priced and from what I tasted before I discovered a cooked worm it didn't taste bad... Probably wouldn't have posted this if they would have handled the issue correctly. They were adamant that the worm I found in my rice was a piece of broccoli (I've never seen broccoli with a tiny head and feet) and weren't gonna admit there was any issue with the food but didn't hesitate to give me a refund. They showed no sighs that they would attempt to correct the problem by at least throwing out their last batch of cooked rice and inspecting the uncooked rice. read more

The house special fried rice was nasty, and when I called to complain about the fact that my order (which was supposed to have a combination of meats) only came with 2 pieces of pork, 2 pieces of shrimp and a bunch of old tasting chicken, the person on the phone had a very rude attitude as well. Also the cheese wontons barely have any cheese in them. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN! Kung Pao Chicken was terribly bland. I asked for lo mein noodles and was served spaghetti noodles... this place was a huge disappointment.

The food ( I had garlic lemon chicken) lacked seasoning and flavor: it was also way too greasy. Cream cheese wontons were delicious!!! My recommendation is for the owners to invest in fresh ingredients, herbs & spices. Omg if y'all ever pass through Sweetwater TX please do not eat at LittlePanda I ordered three menu items from this place and when my food was delivered my soup was half spilled out in one bag and the guy acted as if nothing was wrong yet, I still tipped him. I took my food put it down, and went to take my shower. Once I was ready to eat I opened the pot stickers up and noticed they were very thick! Like I never had a pot sticker that thick. The meat on the inside look like a rolled up turd . I tasted it to see if it was better than it looked and it was flavorless. I moved on to the next item which were the 6 fried wings. Ok 1 was crisp and cooked the next was chewy and rough, but the remaining pieces were bloody! I'm shocked at this point Now, I opened my main dish which was the Shrimp and Cashew with veggies and fried rice. That brown sauce was disgusting & I felt like I was eating dish soap. The burn in my throat was painful. After that I called the restaurant to explain to her what I had an issue with & this lady starts asking me am I from Cali and comparing her food to buffet food. Then she had the audacity to say " This is why I don't deliver to "YOU PEOPLE!" I said excuse me?!! She kept ranting about different tastes and because I'm not from here then I'm not use to the flavors & that nothing is wrong with her food for the past 13yrs! I never got a reason to why my chicken was undercooked & raw or why my shrimp dish tasted like chemicals. I asked for a refund & she told me to bring it all back untouched & I told her if I had it delivered then he can come back and get it, but of course she wasn't trying to hear that part. I'm sorry to see this place getting such terrible reviews. First off, this is not part of a large chain. It's just a husband and wife who work 6 days a week from 11am-10pm. I live in a neighboring town 30 miles away and have been coming here as a regular since they opened years ago. My husband and I have never had a problem with our food. Not once. Not even sort of. Anyone who is a regular loves this place and their food. Mae can be difficult to understand but don't you think they would have trouble understanding you in China?? They are friendly hard working people chasing the American dream. Next time someone wants to bash them for being difficult to understand, consider this, at least they bothered to learn English! We found this place called Little Panda did not like it at all.First of all the owners did not speak any English they couldn't understand us and we couldn't understand them. Not impressed. I went to school in Abilene and ate at the Little Panda there several times and was very satisfied. This one is closer to where I live now and is sub-par! I have ordered food from there 3-4 times so that I wouldn't have to make the drive to Abilene and have been dissatisfied every time. Their meat entrées have very little meat, they use a TON of veggies, especially celery, and it seems to be low quality, the chicken specifically. I will be driving the extra distance to Abilene to get Little Panda from now on. read more
