My family was craving wings, and this restaurant came up in our search. Unfortunately, choosing to…read moreeat here was a decision we would later regret. A more fitting name might be "Wild West Wingz and Bar," because it definitely felt more like a bar than a family restaurant. There's a reason the interior is so dark--it seemed to hide how dirty the place was. The restrooms were especially filthy. Considering the premium prices they charge, customers should expect a clean environment. The staff, however, was friendly. I ordered an iced tea, and our server actually advised me against it, saying it "nasty", that I probably wouldn't like it, and that it came from a bag. I appreciated her honesty and ordered water instead, only to later discover they charge for tap water. When ordering, I asked for recommendations between their sandwiches and the fish tacos. The fish tacos were recommended, so I gave them a try. When the food arrived, the tortillas were cold, and the fish had been chopped up in the tacos. Later, the waitress asked how I liked them, and I told her they were mediocre. She then explained that the kitchen only cooks one fish fillet and splits it between all three tacos (what!). She even commented that she wished they didn't do that and that the tacos were larger. For $14, receiving what amounts to a single fish fillet divided into three tacos is disappointing. Between the lack of cleanliness, questionable value, and underwhelming food, I CANNOT recommend this place, go elsewhere.

Several decent sized groups were there hanging out, so it's a little loud, which was expected. It's a good size menu with tons of sauce options. Service was friendly and attentive. As larger groups came in, service slowed down a bit, but nothing major. The sauce flavors were pretty good, nothing over powered, but the flavors were nice and the heat was just right. The wings were crispy, but size is inconsistent. Definitely on my list to come back to when in town.

The restaurant had a typical pub-like atmosphere, with a large bar and plenty of seating. I ordered the steak fingers, since I saw a good review of them. They weren't bad, but desperately in need of seasoning of some kind, either on the breading or the steak itself. They came with white gravy, but it was kind of bland as well. Overall, the experience wasn't bad, but I would recommend trying something else on the menu.

We were a bit skeptical because of previous reviews but thought we'd give them a chance. Got there at 7:20 (for dine-in) and was told there was a 35 to 45 minute wait, however, I really didn't believe that. They said they had a lot of Uber eats and DoorDash orders. Anyway, we placed our order and seated ourselves. Table was clean and spaced nicely away from other tables. After about 20 minutes, our order was ready. We ordered a 10 piece combo (10 Wings, fries, celery and a drink) along with ranch and bleu cheese dressings. Fries were exceptional ( crispy yet not over cooked, freshly made, and plentiful.). The Wings were also tasty, hot and fresh and some were pretty big too. All told, we had a terrific experience. Reviews are helpful, but always the end of the story

Service is good as well even though they stay pretty busy all the time, they get the food out in a good amount of time. The lobby is very clean almost all the time. They have a great Manager to help keep it that way. But I have a couple of complaints as well. In those 2 yrs I lived here when I go in to order, their soda fountain has been out of service, so the cashier always has to go me ice and the kind of soda I drink, even if I get tea they still have to get me my ice. That really doesn't make sense corporate should have fixed that or got them a new one by now, the other complaint is, the fryer either needs worked on or a new fryer, that one has been acting weird for few weeks I guess. Well I go inside to eat dinner and it's really smokey in there, they said they were very sorry about the smoke but it's their fryer. This is the only chicken place left in (Snyder) Texas and it's really good chicken so corporate or someone higher up better step in and do something, so we can have a good place to eat.
