This place is a hole in the wall located in Everett, MA. There is not much parking, but it's not impossible. They serve little finger food bites in various flavors/fillings and some desserts. I'm glad they are still around as their food is great for bringing to gatherings and parties, and they are priced so well! 100 pieces of their little balls is about $15.99! They fry it and give it to you in a shareable box. The churro flavor is a classic. Bite into it and sauce oozes out from it. It's very tasty and probably the one I'd recommend if you've never tried this place. I also got their chicken filled ones and that one is okay. It's a little bland so maybe have some sauce ready on the side? The staff are pretty friendly and service is pretty quick. These are perfect for parties and gatherings! They are the perfect appetizer and really affordable. You can get 100 of any of the balls for only $10! It's important to note that they only take cash in store though. I got the chicken and churro ones and both were really delicious and still crunchy even though I got delivery from UberEats. As an American, I really like fried balls of stuff. I had thought that I had discovered every iteration of this idea. However, my Brazilian coworker casually dropped the name of this place before lunch one day. Suffice it to say, I was intrigued. So we got it for lunch. First of all, the prices here are absolutely bonkers. The amount of food you get for the cost is insane. It allowed me to try different things: I got 25 pieces of ham and cheese and 25 pieces of chicken. Both were awesome, but I prefer the ham and cheese. I even have a bunch of leftovers. This time when I went, i was ignored by two guys, working cashier, who just kept picking up the phone, and offered no acknowledgement of my presence. I said something before leaving and and one of the guys looked up and smiled. I would of confronted them, but their was no point in confronting these "actors" who clearly didnt want my business. Can't believe there's very few reviews on here! I heard about this place from a Portugués coworker one day and finally decided to order pick up today for a small holiday party pre-cookie swap. I called them 20 minutes before picking up. I ordered 50 buffalo chicken balls, 50 cheese balls, 50 ham & cheese balls and 50 corn & cheese balls. It only cost me $21.40 (including tax) for 200 balls! I brought it to my mini holiday party (to counter all the sweet treats), and everyone LOVED IT! I am also amazed for the price! They are totally worth it and easy to bring for any size party/ gathering. My favorite out of the 4 I chose were the Buffalo Chicken. All of them were very good though. Also, if you have some Tabasco or sriracha- try dipping them into the hot sauce- you'll be throwing these back like candy!! I Definitely will be back. The staff members are very nice. They all speak Portuguese but the girl who rang me up was able to speak English fluently. She was polite to repeat to me what I ordered, since they were all combined in one box. They do ask if you want them in the same box or separate. They also reassured me that they only accept CASH payments only. First of all! Today i drove one hour to get at this place I was ready to place my order until I asked if I could try some before ordering and the owner said absolutely not! Wow!!!! He told his employee that if I want to try some I need to purchase 10 salgadinho on my own and pay for it to try. How can I place a huge order 800 salgadinho before trying? Unbelievable!!!!! I have ordered from here many times and they ALWAYS get my order correct, and always with the specifications I ask for (i.e. each flavor in a different box).
