It is worth walking through just to see what's new. Lightsabers have their own section that include Hilts, lightsabers (2 sizes), and Lightsaber Kits (more expensive but worth it). They are the same, if not similar, selection as those sold in Dak-Ondar's Den of Antiquities, but without having to go INSIDE the park. SWTP also carries the less expensive toy versions like Ahsoka Tano's double or dual set for under $100. The service is impeccably strong with Cast Member/CM everywhere to assist. The Lightsaber counter usually has 2-3 CMs or they close by as the counter gets busy. I picked a Disneyland Mickey Mouse baseball shirt from this store. I received 10% discount for using Disney credit card. I also requested to put my name on the back of the shirt. The staff member was super friendly. She showed me all the fonts and colors that were available for the customization. I paid additional $15 for the patch and got a 15 minutes wait time to pick up. Upon arriving 15 minutes later, a staff member checked the receipt and handed me the shirt. Overall loved the shopping and customization experiences at this store.

You'll see it as the official retail stop at the exit of Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway ride. The stored opened in March 2023 as part of the reimagined Toontown area. This is one of my favorite shops in Disneyland. There is a real model train running above guest's heads inside the shop. The floor designs are themed from toy train tracks. The interior features classic Mickey Mouse cartoons and even incorporating railroad décor. Looking through the merchandise, this is one of the few shops that I consistently see the Disneyland 70th year Magic Key interactive toy in stock. The store also has apparel, accessories, toys, ear hats, mugs, ornaments and more. Many of the items feature Mickey and Minnie! There is even a remote controlled roadster toy car inspired by the Runaway Railway attraction! You can use the Merchandise Mobile checkout via the Disneyland mobile application at this store. Magic Key discounts are also accepted! I ended up getting the holiday Disneyland sweater from EngineEar Souvenirs!

And if you bring your kids here, unless you're way most strong willed than me, you are guaranteed to walk out with at least one sweet food item. Prices for some of the made on site items are a bit on the pricey side, but you're paying for that piece of Disney magic and for an item that screams 'take a picture of me & post it on social media.' Not to mention one bite and you won't feel so guilty for spending the money on it. I would particularly recommend the churro toffee square. My sister-in-law introduced it to me and now I have to get a few of them every trip. One for the visit and one for another day....or later in the day. Let's be honest. So yes. While I would definitely understand why someone would want to actively avoid walking in to this sweet spot (pun intended), I still recommend it to everyone. While you can find a lot of these treats in other spots around the park, this is a great place to find them all together and in an area with shorter lines & smaller crowds that some of the stores in heavier traffic areas.

There are super hero banners hanging from the ceiling. There are also spots throughout the Disneyland Resort Backlot Premiere Shop where you can take pictures. One of the spots was Antman themed with a super large pretzel and soda, based on Pym's Kitchen. This was a lot of fun and it was nice to look at all of the Marvel themed items! The Disneyland Resort Backlot Premiere Shop is air conditioned. I'd highly recommend stopping by if you're looking to shop Marvel merchandise.

They rotate the collections that they feature. Currently they are featuring the Avenger Campus gear. They carry apparel, plushies, Spider Bots, action figures, web slingers, writing journals, pens, gadget toys, mugs, costumes... so much stuff! Branded gear from Black Panther, Spider-Man, Ironman, Antman, Guardians of the Galaxy, Thor, Captain America, Dr Strange... I'm sure I'm missing something/someone. I stepped in here during the day and at night. It's more dramatic at night due to all the backlighting. The shop is located off campus In Hollywood Land. Use the map in the Disney app to find this shop. It's a bit hidden with not a lot of visible signage and the front entrance is behind the building. Go figure!

Quick heads-up though: the Starbucks locations in Downtown Disney only have the regular California "Been There" mugs. They don't carry the Disney collab versions.

The Creature Stall is located in the Black Spire Outpost Marketplace in Star Wars Galaxy's Edge. It offers one of the most fun and immersive merchandise experiences in the Star Wars Galaxy's Edge area. This is a place where travelers can find strange critters and creatures from across the galaxy! Many of these creatures you can adopt and take home from your visit to Batuu. Inside the Creature Stall, you'll see a variety of plush and interactice creature figures from the Star Wars Universe. You'll see Porgs, Loth Cats, Kowakian Monkey Lizards, as well as Puffer PIgs, Miniature Tauntauns, and Banthas. The décor and layout of the store is pretty cool. It feels like you're in a genuine galactic bazaar with animatronic displays including a sleeping Loth Cat. I enjoyed visiting the Creature Stall. There is so much to do in the Marketplace!
