This store used to be Rainforest Cafe. It has character and theme. The merchandise in here is on point with the theme. It happened to be raining and the staff were using the lightsaber umbrella. They are so cute. They were selling out fast due to the rain. I can't imagine spending 89.99 for an umbrella I will hardly use in Sunny California. My son did end up getting a make your own lightsaber. The staff that helped him was very helpful. Disney knows how to upsell. Anyway, when he was finished, he flicked open the saber and I thought it was a ripoff. The light didn't extend out far enough. The handle was almost as long as it! That's Disney for you!

We always enjoy checking out Star Wars gear. There was an employee outside letting kids run R2D2 with a remote. We didn't buy anything, nothing really called to us but it was still fun to checkout!

This shop at Downtown Disney sells all things Star Wars. It opened in 2021 and replaced the old Rainforest Cafe restaurant that use to be here. Star Wars Trading Post was designed to look like a hidden jungle Resistance base. In front of the store is Rey's speeder from the movies. Star Wars Trader Post has all sorts of merchandise and apparel inspired by the Star Wars movies and Disney+ shows. The nice thing about shopping here is that you don't need a themed park ticket to visit. You just have to pay the parking rates at Downtown Disney and go through security. You can find more Star Wars merchandise at the nearby World of Disney store.

This spot used to be a Rainforest Cafe, and I hadn't been to Downtown Disney in ages. I kept eyeing this store from the outside and finally decided to step in and wow! It truly feels like you've entered another galaxy... yes, a Star Wars galaxy! The store is clean, well organized, and full of amazing merchandise. I originally came in hoping to find some Chewbacca Mickey ears (no luck), but ended up getting my son an awesome jacket instead. One of the coolest features is the lightsaber building station, where you can handpick the parts to create your own. Such a fun experience! I'll definitely be coming back for more Star Wars merch!

2023/095 Grandkids are into Star Wars so gotta make a stop here. It maybe a galaxy from far far away but we're just getting closer and closer and closer to the opening .... zaaaap!!! And "may the force be out of your wallet" !!! And the intergalactic journey begins... So many selection of merchandise that could be a must- have or NOT !!! Located convincingly to make that necessary shop stop for the Star Wars craze. Grandkids loved this trading post. Their mom paid the price !! Assembled and created that out of this world famous legacy build your own Lightsaber !!! (forgot to take picture cause it was busy slaying the dragon... oops wrong movie)

This used to be a Rainforest Cafe and while I loved that restaurant, I'm so glad they turned it into a bit of Star Wars heaven for those don't want to pay for park admission but can still experience a taste of the Galaxy's Edge shops and merch. I was looking to buy a Rebel X Wing Fighter helmet and a Princess Leia Organa Legacy Lightsaber Hilt and Blade that day...I was on a mission! I received such wonderful service from one of the gals there who gladly assisted and showed me how to attach the blade and work the hilt. I was immediately sold and said "TAKE MY MONEY!!!" We even got into a conversation about cosplay and Star Wars Night at Disneyland. Gotta love folks who love their jobs! The store is outfitted with pretty much everything you need as a hardcore geek. They have a ton of Star Wars merch to include clothing, accessories, artwork, pins, patches, toy lightsabers and figurines. It is pretty spacious and they have an outside post that sells additional items to reel you in. Such an easy sell if you are a Star Wars fan. I love their Droid section as well mainly because I am a fan of R2-D2 and the classic characters from the original trilogy and on. Always a favorite spot to shop when I visit Downtown Disney!

Where Rainforest Cafe once stood is now Star Wars Trading Post. Given the size of Rainforest Cafe, I was expecting the store to be larger. The upstairs is not utilized for retail space. Disney did repurpose the large tree that was inside/ towards the front of Rainforest Cafe. The tree helps make the inside of the shop look like it is part of a hidden Rebel outpost. Nets and greenery on the ceiling help round out the feel. There is a setup along a wall that looks like a command center. The shop is well themed. This shop has mostly Star Wars themed clothing. Along with clothing, there are pins, kitchen goods, home decor and toys. They also have Halloween quality costumes for kids.

We love going into this store when we visit Downtown Disney. Our family loves anything Star Wars so it's fun to see all the new merch for the franchise. It's laid out well and they always have new stuff from the latest movies and shows. The service is great and the prices are decent for a wide variety of items to select from.

I always stop here while in downtown Disney. This location used to be the rainforest cafe, but I'm so happy they replaced it with something that had that over the top feel that Rainforest cafe brought to downtown. The storefront is completely Star Wars themed, both inside and out. They only sell Star Wars merchandise and have customizable lightsabers alongside prebuilt ones. This is my my favorite store by far!

A must stop location if you are a Star Wars fan, especially if you are only visiting Downtown Disney and do not have a park ticket to Disneyland. Pretty good selection and prices are comparable to what's offered in the parks and online. Cast members are always friendly, and this location does have mobile check out!

This store has the most Star Wars merchandise in one place - more than in the stores in Disneyland. You can build your own lightsabers, there's plenty of clothing, and an umbrella that looks like a lightsaber and lights up!!!

My third favorite store in downtown Disney. Disney is getting so expensive so if you can't afford to buy a ticket for Disneyland to see Starwars land then come down to downtown to get your Starwars fill for free. if you buy Starwars merch that's just a plus. The whole trading post makes you feel like you in the Starwars galaxy at a local trading post. All the workers are in their uniforms that fit the theme. But if you are trying to find this outpost if you come from the Disneyland side of downtown Disney you will have to walk to the end of the town to find it. But if you come from the downtown Disney parking lot side you will find it on your left side by the entrance of Disney springs. Please check it out if you haven't!

All your Star Wars needs without the price of admission...if you need your fix but don't need food or rides. Tons of plush, collectibles, Funko, apparel, etc. Great for in and out shopping!

Disneyland Parking Hack at Anaheim GardenWalk (April 2026 update)…read more I saw this info on Instagram and decided to try it myself at the end of April 2026. Sharing both the update and my actual experience. From what I saw online, starting April 1, 2026, parking at Anaheim GardenWalk increased from $18 to $20 for the discounted daily rate, and the process is now different. You no longer need to upload receipts by text. Just buy something at Starbucks, Paris Baguette, or Meet Fresh. At checkout, you need to ask for the "$20 rate" voucher since they won't offer it automatically. They will give you a paper voucher to scan when exiting. Regular parking is first hour free, then $4 per hour, with a $30 daily max. Still cheaper than Disneyland parking. My experience: Navigation: Anaheim GardenWalk 321 W Katella Ave, Anaheim The entrance is on W Katella Ave and goes straight into the indoor structure. The signage is a bit confusing. Elevators show B2 to 5, while parking levels are labeled P1 to P4. Just remember your P level and section. P1 is ground level and has parking plus Paris Baguette P2 and P3 are parking P4 has parking, Starbucks, and Meet Fresh. Google Maps labeling here is a bit misleading Parking tip. Try to park near the elevators since the payment machines are right there. I went on a weekday around 5pm and parked at P3 section B. I walked up to P4 and Starbucks was right around the corner. No mobile order available at that time, card only, and they close at 6:30pm. After ordering, I asked for the parking voucher. Staff did not offer it unless I asked. Walking to Downtown Disney: Fastest route is toward Disney Way, then connect to S Harbor Blvd. If you are not sure, you can navigate to Foundation Room Anaheim. After going down the stairs you will be on Disney Way. It took about 12 minutes to reach security. On the way back, I tried walking from Din Tai Fung toward W Katella and then S Harbor. It added about 30 extra minutes. Going back the same way is definitely faster. Parking payment result: Before leaving, I scanned my ticket and it showed $12. First hour free, then $4 per hour. Then I scanned the $20 Starbucks voucher and the machine showed I could exit with no payment. I even asked staff to confirm and they said if it lets you exit, you are fine. I ended up leaving without paying. That said, the system didn't seem very stable. I saw a few cars getting stuck at the gate. I probably just got lucky this time. I wouldn't expect free parking every time. Safer to assume around $20 per day with validation. If it ends up cheaper, just treat it as a bonus. Either way, it is still cheaper than Disneyland parking, so I would use this option again.

A shopping and dining strip with a ton of potential, but very limited development. Lots of great…read moreanchor stores and restaurants at the perimeter, but the central area of the walkway is fairly sparse and seems to be filled with COMING SOON stores that are always in and out. The restaurants are fairly expensive (it's near Disneyland), and the parking is not free (only a few stores are able to validate parking). The vibe is lively and hip - pretty lights and upbeat music line the walkways. Lots of young folks, young families (after or before Disneyland), and couples. Overall, lots of potential for development, but for now, it only makes sense if you're looking to have a meal at one of their anchor restaurants or drinks at one of their larger bar/brewery establishments.
