    Le burger, with tableside raclette

OK: Imagine the most decadent "death by chocolate" food you know. Double it. No triple it. Plus a little. That's how chocolatey their hot chocolate is. Omg it's nuts. If you ever wondered what the hot chocolate tasted like in The Polar Express, I'm pretty sure they served this stuff. So don't skip it--but also don't have it before your meal. XD If you have it with the croissant it's practically a meal in itself. The raclette--wow. This is the cheese version of what I just said about the chocolate. But um... I'm not sure I was up for it--not after that much chocolate! Man, I did it all wrong. Including: Don't get a burger at a fancy French restaurant. Who does that? I did, 's who. It was OK. Nothing to write home about, and nothing to pay a lot for. Butter lettuce and prawn salad? That was decent stuff! Don't get the dressing on your pants, though. Very un-fancy-French-restaurant. And not that great for pants. I thought the salad was pretty good quality, though: good prawns, good lettuce. Ambience was nice. Reminded us of our little vacation in France. Except for the English-speaking bit, of course. Service was OK. Definitely get reservations! Go for something other than the burger, and have the chocolate last.

Always a great decision to take a client to Coronado, especially Little Frenchie. The ambiance is relaxing. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. No pressure to dress up, just impress and get the contract signed. Escargot is on point. Everything else tastes just as good as it looks. Be back soon!

Comely, popular and quite busy French Bistro on the south side of Coronado City. Loved my jambon sandwich and soup, very tasty. However what I came for was the signature hot chocolate served in a spiral croissant with a side of fresh whipped cream and strawberries. Heavenly. So much sugar that I decided to take a Mike walk to the Coronado Ferry Landing. The service is excellent. They work really hard and are able to maintain a friendly and hospitable atmosphere. I was impressed. Coronado city, which is also an island, is a great place to explore before or after you dine at Little Frenchie. I suggest you take a walk afterwards to burn of the sugar high. Interesting to note that the Navy still operates on the northern part of the island at the Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI or "North Island").

Epic happy hour with a beautiful cheese board, with candied pecans, hive honey, blackberry compote, great baguette bread. The escargot (in their shells) were amazing, as were the short rib croquette. Great service to boot.

The Little Frenchie is the most adorable restaurant. I have been coming to Coronado for many years and this was the first time I had been but I will definitely be coming back! Our server was knowledgeable and very friendly. Made us feel very welcome. The food was DELICIOUS! I got the burger and it was one of the most decadent burgers I've ever had. The Raclette cheese served table-side elevated the experience even more! I highly recommend the desserts, they all looked delicious! Our table got two of the Spritzes and they were so fresh.

This is the cutest place ever! Looking for major French vibes? This is your spot. We opted for the ever popular Hot Chocolate croissant. It did NOT disappoint! Our server poured the perfect pour letting me capture the moment magically.

Wonderful brunch experience. The service matched and exceeded our expectations. I felt like the whole staff worked closely as a team and took part in our brunch experience. One thing for sure, make reservations. This restaurant is reservation only and no walk in. Which says a lot, there was no chaos and every seat was filled. We tried their famous cocoa, which is a meal all in itself. We also went with their French onion soup, flavor packed and huge serving. And also tried their burger and fries. My only gripe is our table found the food was a bit salty. I say ask for the salt on the side if you're sensitive. Definitely a must try.

Very attentive staff. My friend that came with was feeling nauseous from the car ride and they were so accommodating with her request for lemon, hot water and honey. Food quality was amazing. I order the French dip and fancy social media hot chocolate. Wished I knew they had the passion fruit dipped croissant on special for the month of January before ordering. Recommend making reservations as the Sunday we showed up they wouldn't have seated us without one. Cute French blue and white decor. Beautiful location walking distance to the beach.

We came for one thing - the viral hot chocolate in a spiral croissant. We ended up seeing a few cheeses that caught our eye and we ordered a small cheese board as well. Everything was AMAZING! The hot chocolate was thick and luxurious- the homemade whipped cream was the perfect touch. We ordered it with fresh strawberries and the spiral croissant but we held off on pouring the chocolate into the croissant. We asked for a cup on the side so we could dip the croissant in the chocolate. As for the cheese plate, everything was super fresh and paired perfectly together. We didn't make a reservation and ended up waiting an hour for a table but the service was really nice and the whole restaurant was a vibe. It felt like you were eating in a little cafe in Paris. If you go for one thing - deff make sure it's the hot chocolate. They are famous for this and can sell out very quick. You will not regret it!

Oh my goodness I have been seeing their hot chocolate croissant online and oh my gosh not only was that delicious but all their food was amazing and our server Sokol was such a bright light. Parking is tricky in the area so I would definitely recommend arriving early, and reservations are highly recommended. We went for a little brunch date and every single person including my eight-year-old thought it was a 10 out of 10. We got Nutella crêpes, the croissant where they pour fresh, hot chocolate into it, the freshly homemade whipped cream, it was also amazing and I'm already having dreams of going back. If you're on Coronado or have a weekend morning available and remember to make a reservation, I would highly recommend you don't miss out on this spot.

Our server Sokol was the star of our visit. He was super attentive, highly understanding of my husband's gluten allergy, and was a great conversationalist. Made reservations in advance because it's impossible to get a table with a weekend walk-in. Considering how busy they are they manage it well with limited seating. Had to try the hot chocolate croissant, the hot chocolate was decadent and delicious. Very sweet and perfect for dipping the croissant into. Also ordered a slice of quiche which was tasty, but seemed a little less than fresh, and had a couple of cloth fuzzies on it. Overall was good though. My husband really enjoyed his vanilla latte. He has celiac so he got the Buckwheat crepe which was labeled GF on the menu. It has a lot of smoked salmon, which was not his favorite. The crepe itself is not super flavorful either, but that might just be the nature of buckwheat. We will have to be back to try more yummy stuff!

French bistro, Little Frenchie, is serving French dishes sourced from French imports, regional farmers, and local fishermen with the ambiance of a Parisian neighborhood cafe. SERVICE Staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable FOOD 4.5/5 LE BURGER wagyu beef (medium rare), raclette cheese (melted and served at table-a display!), onion confit, aioli, pommes frites, cornichon

This restaurant located in Coronado has a great vibe! Lots of locals dining here. I came out with a couple of friends and we tried several items, the Wagyu burger, the croissant bennies and the French dip sandwich. The winner was the burger. It had great flavor and the cheese was amazing. The eggs on the croissant Benedict were over cooked. We also had the French onion soup. It was good but not really worth $22. The show stopper was the strawberry cruffin. It was very good and not too sweet. We also had to try the Parisian Hot Chocolate with the spiral cup. It was good! Next time I'm sticking to the burger for sure was a hit. The outdoor seating was fun to people watch and get some fresh air. We came on a Thursday at noon and surprisingly no wait. If you're in Coronado visiting and haven't tried this restaurant I would say it's a must. Service was good and staff was friendly.
