I've been here so many times and am still obsessed with this place. Their salsa is amazing so I always start with chips and salsa. My favorite taco is the Lengua, followed by the nopal. So unique and delicious and one of the only places that I know of to get a nopal taco around here. Their tortas are massive and so good. read more

This place had a line out the door before it even opened for brunch, but the line went quick. You order at the counter and they'll seat you. The space filled up quickly as well, so it's pretty popular. The carnitas hash was amazing! My fiancé had the chilaquiles and she said she liked that but not as much as my dish. Mehhhh ! It was in my bookmarks for so long and I did feel slight FOMO since a lot of friends raved about it but now that I have been here ..I don't think I was missing much . I found the place mediocre at best. Mediocre service and mediocre food. The vibe of the place is cute and airy with a bright ambiance. There is both indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of both. We ordered at the bar and got seated with our drinks -my hubby ordered the Mezcal flight and i got the sun river brewing lager. The mezcal tasting flight is slightly on the pricier side and didn't really think it was worth the cost. They do have a good Mezcal collection at the bar though . When the tacos arrived the tortillas were soaking wet and breaking apart. We eventually had to eat them with a fork !! Needless to say it tasted unpleasant. They forgot our chips and guacamole order until we were almost done and had to remind them. The staff then begrudgingly put them in a to-go bag .The guacamole was subpar and tasted stale . The only thing that I liked was the fish taco because it was batter coated and hence not soggy yet . The pricing doesn't reflect the food they provide neither is the service . I can think of many better places for Tacos compared to them within a ten mile radius . read more

I live about 40 minutes from here, but the al pastor tacos are worth the hour & 20 minute round trip. Little Conejo's relaxed environment and outdoor seating options make this the perfect summertime spot, but I've found myself venturing out this winter too. If you're in the area (or if you're up for a drive) I recommend the al pastor tacos paired with a margarita. The staff aren't always the friendliest or most professional, but the food is good enough for me to overlook this. read more

I had heard great things about this place and was excited to finally check it out. I live in Happy Valley, so it was a bit of a drive, but I was taking my friend out for her birthday and thought it would be worth it. Unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed. From the moment we sat down, we felt rushed. A staff member came by every few minutes asking if we needed anything or if we were ready to order more--it quickly became uncomfortable. We had ordered plenty of food and were still eating, but it felt like we were being pushed out. There were still open tables around us, so it's not like they were slammed. By the time we actually finished eating and wrapped up, it hadn't even been more than a full hour. Order at the counter and they'll assign you a table, and food is delivered to you. Spectacular and huge torta. I had the chicken, which came on an expertly toasted roll and was overfilled with massive amounts of very tasty chicken. Ordered large guacamole and chips for the table and it was excellent. And the house salsa was possibly the best I've ever had; not especially hot, but perfect tasting. I could eat this salsa by itself. So good...I can't stop thinking about it!! This place is conveniently located next to Esther short park which is also next to a parking garage. The food has honestly been different everytime I've been here. The carnitas is excellent however the corn tortilla is flimsy and fell apart.I also got the fish taco it's mahi mahi I believe, and I think it's good it's just too much breading for the fish. Also a HUGE fish on a little corn tortilla. Great service they were nice about us and our obnoxious stroller. It was clean, husband changed our son in the bathroom. I appreciate changing pads in bathrooms for unisex or men so us moms get a break lol read more

I was charmed by the name and the ambience but the food is not that great. Do people have that low of expectations of what great Mexican food is? There is so much cilantro over the tacos that you may as well just drown in soap. The best taco was the carrot pastor. The mushroom one was just.... like nobody put love into it. The food arrived and the burrito didn't come with any salsa as we had to ask our server for it. Taste 7/10. The cheese quesadilla didn't come with salsa or sour cream, which I feel like those are two things it usually comes with. Taste 7/10. Would've been better with two dips. The customer service was absolutely atrocious! I walked in and was met with the feeling of being an inconvenience to the individual taking orders. Nothing but attitude, eye rolls and disregard towards my person. It was so off putting I decided I should dine Elsewhere for the evening. If this review were just on the staff I would give it a 10 star rating. The staff here are great - friendly, helpful, inviting, and even when there's a line out the door they always have a smile. The real issue here is that the food is inconsistent. One day the beans and rice are perfectly seasoned, the next they are so salty they are inedible, and the next they're bland. Tonight I had the Americano torta and the cabbage salad. The beef in the torta was fried so hard that it was mostly crispy chunks that couldn't be distinguished from spicy wood chips, and the buns were burned with the bottom one being too greasy and soggy to be able to pick up. The cabbage salad was equally disappointing. I ended up throwing most of it all away and going home to have toast for dinner. Sadly, I doubt I'll be back again any time soon. read more

The carne asada burrito is killer. Large portion but a perfect combination of ingredients. I add guacamole for a little something extra, and you have to try all their hot sauce options. Quick service when order online. Usually available for pick up within 15 minutes. Highly recommend this spot for lunch or a quick takeout. Best burrito in Clark County! read more

Hometown USA. Not impressed. Been wanting to stop here for quite a while but never the opportunity. Two Cantaloupe margaritas and 4 tacos=$62 with tip. YIKES, and it wasn't even a very good value for that price. My lingua taco had ONE piece of meat and my carnitas tacos had three times as much and covered in dripping grease. Both had an over abundance of onion and when you look at the menu that is not in the description for any of the tacos. Get the ingredients in the listing. People's diets require full disclosure in ingredients you are using. M said the veggie tacos were okay but not all that. Things that ensure I will not be back. The two females working at 2pm on 4-9-24 don't understand restaurant cleanliness standards. Dark haired one cleaning tables and serving food. The red bucket on the floor has dirty rag and water and she uses that and then served your food. The blonde is handling cash and then serving plates. NEITHER WASHED THEIR HAND BEFORE HANDLING FOOD. I've had Little Conejo bookmarked for two years and finally got the chance to try it today. The service was quick, restaurant was clean, staff was friendly, and the food was fantastic. This place has been on our radar for quite some time - our friends recommended this place for their margaritas. Our first attempt visiting was on a weekend night during lockdowns so it was busy with limited seating. Glad we waited until places started to open back up more this year because our meal was super tasty and it has been a loooong long time that I have had salsas and hot sauces that actually had some spice to them! Bueno!!! Thank goodness I have a partner who's willing to share, we basically tried the whole menu! Here's what we had: Tapas: Blistered jalapeños - 3 were more than enough for the 2 of us, tasty! Tacos: Lengua - really good, it's in a whole piece which adds to the pizzazz Suadero - this one was probably the least thrilling of the bunch but still good. Just a typical beef taco Cactus - I feel like cactus is finnicky, it's slimy, lacks flavor without seasoning. I was impressed with it for what they were handed! Sweet potato - this was on the specials list and mighty tasty. It was like a sweet potato skin smeared with adobo and tasty cheese. Oyster mushroom - yum! Packed with shrooms Norteño deluxe - loved this one. Had little crispy pork shoulder that was so flavorful probably one of my more favorites of the bunch Drinks: Charred lemon and rosemary mezcalrita - yum. These tacos are yummy. This is high end special occasion tacos. They offered a great variety of tacos all with their own unique flavors. I was able to try tongue for the first time on tacos and it tasted really good. Their tamarind margarita hit the spot. Finally stopped in to try this place after a few friends raved about how delicious they think it is. We got in around 4 and it was already kinda busy. The line to order was pretty fast but it did take a bit for us to receive our tacos. We ordered a few drinks and chips and salsa while we waited for our tacos. The tacos were good but pricey, and I wasn't super impressed with them. Definitely overhyped and I've actually had better tacos from food trucks. We had fish tacos, chicken tacos and oyster mushroom taco. Also had the nectarine margarita which was really refreshing for this 95 degree day. Staff was super nice and friendly, but the establishment was super hot inside and we were all sweating due to the heat. I definitely don't recommend dining in on a really hot day. I don't think they have ac, we saw 1 ceiling fan going but that was it. Hard to enjoy the food when you're sweating in the 95+ degree weather. read more

I've been twice. First time was fine. Food was solid, but didn't blow my mind. It's wasn't clear. On if we bus our own tables. Just kind of confusing Most recently, I went with a group of five people. One of us grabbed a seat at a table while the others got in line. We got chastised, staff saying it's first come first serve, and if we hadn't placed our orders, we couldn't sit. Being on a time crunch with physically being able to sit down to eat our food in question, we decided to leave. As we did that, another staff member came out and started taking the line's orders on a tablet. So they could be seated. We went to The Grocery and had a lovely dinner instead. read more

The service is always friendly and the place always seems to be just the right level of busy; it feels like a favorite neighborhood taco joint that people frequent. We ordered: 2 oyster mushroom tacos 1 carnitas taco 1 cactus taco (I think that's what it was called) 1 Al pastor taco 1 Brussel sprout taco 1 bowl of chips/salsa We were seated after we ordered, and got our chips/salsa prett quickly! We sat there for about 10min enjoying that, and then our tacos came. And boy were we not disappointed! The tacos were packed with flavor, and all the tacos were tender. 3 tacos each was perfect, because they were stuffed with filling, you get full pretty fast (well, we did anyways!)
