Sorry for the misspelled words, on my first review here. Back again. Came here for breakfast then lunch later. Never had lunch until today. Breakfast still four dollars per tacos. Still great on the price. Had a shredded beef, egg and cheese, and a chicken fajita, egg, and cheese. Breakfast still good and better than most taco spots. Lunch was shocking to me. I would of thought, bigger tortillas and more meat, same size as breakfast tacos SMH. I'm a grown man, and I eat. Whataburger breakfast taquitos bigger than this place lunch tacos. Like small flour tortillas. Then no rice or beans to go with my tacos. SMH. At least bigger tacos for lunch versus breakfast if you're not serving with beans or rice. SMH. That's extra. And you should see the portion for rice or beans. Like a toddlers portion. SMH. I'll stick to my three breakfast tacos for now on. Lunch Birria tacos were good, but most places will serve it also with beans and rice around this same area. So to me, the lunch is a tease if you really want to eat. Just my take. Overpriced, food is not seasoned. Leaning towards Tex mex so if that's something you like you might enjoy.

I would say Little Cancun is OK for the area that it is located in, but I was expecting some bold flavors having a party in my mouth. There are different regional tastes throughout Mexico so I guess this is the mild coastal version. Decent breakfast on the go. Try them and let me know. read more

Eh,...not really impressed. Looks like over priced taco place. For the Suburbs but tbh,...way over priced and way under on food portions. To start aqua de pepino-y-limon was sweet! You dont put sugar in this as its suppose to be light and flavored. Tasted no lime or cucumber, just sugar water. Way over priced too. The taco bowl was over priced. Save ur money and hit a taco truck. Heck, you get double in portion from Chipotle and less or same price. Plus they charge you if you want tortilla on the side. The food was ok. It has some flavor. Birria taco was ok. Steak/fajita taco, pretty bland. You get cebolla y cilantro on every taco. Good for the Suburb Gringos. I am gonna try to find a taco truck in the area. I was visiting my friend in Lake Houston earlier today and the name of the restaurant caught my eye- it was a good thing I stopped! I literally am so happy that I did!!! I got 3 veggie tacos for $7! Pico, avocado added to flour tortillas plus other veggies. The service was pretty fast and the establishment was particularly clean. I really like the bright decor and music to set the ambiance. It's kinda connected to a gas station- technically it's it's own building but it's next to in the same complex. I wish we had more in Houston area, but now I look forward to going back to visit my friend lol. read more

Don't waste your time or money. I had to ask for more beans, more meat. I wasn't the only one. Another person had to do the same. The lady seemed bothered by the request. My first trip here. I was the only customer when I arrived. I was asked to wait a bit before my order was taken. Other customers came in to pick up phone or internet orders while I waited. A male employee/manager came out of the back. Rather than help the girl behind the counter, he sat at a table for maybe 10-15 minutes drinking a soda. While I waited for my order for maybe 15-20 minutes, I witnessed at least 2 persons enter and then promptly leave when they saw the delays inside. The whole time, the girl behind the counter got no help. People were waiting, business was walking out the door and orders were seemingly stacking up. The good news is the breakfast tacos were some of the best I have ever had. I would have given a 4 star rating if service had been better. I own a business and if I saw potential customers walking out the door, I would be very concerned. read more

Tried this place today with my parents. The food was pretty salty, but we figured we just wouldn't be back. Well, now my husband has food poisoning and that was the last meal he had. Came here for lunch, it is on the bit expensive side for the quality of food. They didn't have many things, I wanted a torta, but she said they didn't have any. After coming here so many times, this the first time we really disappointed and recommended everyone to NEVER go back. Not because of the food, but very bad customer service. Rude and Doesn't know what he is doing.After 20 mins of waiting, they told us oh we don't have what you want. Instead of being apologetic but he got defensive when i told him you should have told me earlier. There is not even a word for sorry. If they dont know what customer service is, then should not open a business. Please stay away from this place! Very bad customer service! My husband and I checked out this place a few weeks ago and it has since become a regular spot for us! Tortillas are made to order in flour and corn and they are very flavorful. There is a great selection of meats to choose from and your tacos are made for you by picking out the toppings you want on it. The first time we tried the barbacoa, beef fajita, chicken fajita, and deshebrada (braised shredded beef) tacos. They were all so delicious! We went back today and tried the red pork, green pork, and carne asada/potato tacos. They did not disappoint! We also got an order of chips and tomatillo (green) salsa both times--the chips were perfectly fried and not greasy at all and the salsa had a great flavor and a nice, slow burn. I think the red salsa had more of a smack-you-in-the-face heat to it so we did not try that one. we did try the menudo with lime, onions, and cilantro and it was fantastic as well! perfect with fresh corn tortillas! they have other stuff like quesadillas and gorditas on their menu that we haven't tried yet but we'll be back and update our review next time! LOL We would love to keep this little taco place a secret so it doesn't get overrun with people but the food is just so good it's bound to happen! read more

We tried Little Cancun this morning and it was SO YUMMY! My husband had bacon & egg and potato & egg and he loved them. My son, the pickiest eater, had a bacon and egg and he ate his entire taco!! I had chorizo and egg and it was wonderful. The tortillas are freshly made! Their serving area is also very clean! Thank you for a wonderful breakfast Little Cancun! Love this little Taco place opens in my area. The food is great, the decor is very bright colorful. Feel like you're in Cancun. I've tried 5 of the Beef fajitas, chicken, pork in the red sauce, potato and eggs and shedded chicken. I ordered mangonada that's ok, sorry not the best I've ever had but it's still good. The staffs are always nice, service is good. I only gave 4 star because of the price, the side is extra charge that I think it should come with the Taco. A Taco is around $2.50-$3 depends on how many extra side you get. Will definitely stop by again! read more

I tried to give this restaurant another chance since it's right outside of my neighborhood but it failed again. I was put on hold for 20 minutes while I listened to the lady who answered chatting right near the phone. I hung up and called back but she's a genius and left the phone off the hook. Amazing food, drinks and customer service! I love coming to this place when I'm on Thai side of town. The strawberry green tea is my favorite drink and very refreshing ! The beef fajita tacos and corn in a cup will not disappoint you, they are delicious!! The 3 salsas they offer are all good and so yummy! This place sucks . First of all the cashier in the front is very rude she is not pleasant at all. To provide good customer service you need to be pleasant. Then the food order was incorrect. My daughter got the taco bowl and it was not what she wanted. The description on the menu says breakfast bowl papa con egg and beans. They refused to exchanged the correct bowl. Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. I had the tacos and a Gordita. All of the food was fresh and the staff was very welcoming. I would definitely return. Be sure to get the Horchata. It was a great refreshment for a hot day. read more

I would never come back, these aren't true authentic Mexican tacos. & the serving sizes are small you are left with more tortilla than filling (meat) my suggestion is then get small tortillas for the portion you want to serve. I'm Mexican & maybe have high standards for tacos & this is not a go to place for me. I went with others & we they thought the same. We had high hopes before it opened, very excited to have a raspa place opening closer to home but not what we expected I guess we just had high hopes for this location. Just moved here and randomly came upon this location. Love the mangonada and customer service is great. Definitely a favorite in my book.

My wife and I were quite excited to try this place. Unfortunately it did not live up to the hype. We were the only two people in there. Ordered quesadillas, two tacos, and queso. Quesadillas were good, however the tacos and quesadillas were not. The meat is not fresh. It's sitting at the counter cooked and then they bring it in the back and heat it up. Did not seem very fresh for Mexican restaurant. Lastly the queso was horrible! It literally tasted like the glass can of Tostitos cheap crap you buy from the grocery store. We could hear them hearing that up in the microwave. They asked what we though of the meal so I expressed this about the queso. They still made me pay for the queso. Won't be back.... read more
