This location always does well. Fast online ordering, staff is always friendly and welcoming and the space appears very clean. No dirty floors, countertops or nasty windows. The Pizza is always fresh, hot and easy for quick dinner night ideas or having sleepovers for kiddos etc. The stix and slices, Detroit 3 meat, or garlic cheese bread hits every-time (with garlic butter sauce on side) . This place is my go to for cheap "Americanized" pizza. Sometimes they can get carried away with the red sauce so I request it lite on the pizza and even tho they provide a side of additional red sauce, it's really not needed. read more

When they first came out with the thin crust, it was a game changer for me. They were good cheesy. Now they taste more like a piece of cardboard. They barely had any cheese and once it gets cold it tastes like a salty piece of cardboard. I'm finally fed up. I tried to contact them and like always they never answer the phone. I've never heard of a pizza place that never answers the phone. I don't know if this is their way of making you order online. How about you if you have a problem? I purchased a pizza last night about 9:00. I guess I have been sitting there for a while. It was not edible. I have the pizza here and I wanted it replaced or refunded. You call the number and someone gets on the phone. I guess customer service asking if they could take my order I explained the situation. They said they were going to transfer me right over to the store 14 minutes later. I'm still on hold so I finally hang up. I called customer service again. They said the only way to do it would be to call them directly. Excuse me sir, have you been listening? They don't answer their phone. ‍ And like I said, I haven't complained from the recent I've purchased that haven't been great either. I'm already paying almost $3 more for a thin crust than a regular crust. If that's the case, then put the same amount of cheese on my pizza that you do a regular crust. I'm less than a mile away. It's it's very convenient. However, the money I'm losing from throwing pizza away outweighs any convenience. I'm assuming this is why I had to stop getting food there before. I know their prices went up as everywhere else. I love pizza so I'll pay for it. But I realize now this is the reason why many people stop eating there for the lack of consistent quality-ish pizza. It wasn't bad when we were paying $5. We kind of figured that's what you get for $5. Needed quick dinner for my boys and my little guys had been wanting to try this place so we ordered online. Pick up was quick. Pizza is a bit on the oily side but it's not bad. We got the cheesy bread as well. Pretty good. I like this location because it's never crowded. read more

I must be getting old, Little Caesars is actually not bad pizza...lol. Order conveniently online and pick up my order in a code locked Pizza Portal. Order, pickup, get home all in 20 minutes for a relatively minuscule cost. I've actually never had to interact with anyone so hopefully it doesn't mean the robots can take over. That would be sad for the employees... Then again, they could get new jobs as techs to fix the robots! Win win for all! Ok absolutely crazy over their Crazy Bread!!! I could literally eat an entire bag of this goodness all by myself!!! This has always been a favorite of mine since I was young. They have a new thin pizza which is actually really good!! Also have this new order box where you can place your order online and pick up in store. When picking up all you do is walk up to the box and punch in your unique order code and the slot where your order is opens up and you have your meal. Easy Peasy!! read more

My experience with this particular Store has been great! Ever since Fanndel has been a manager at this store, the level of service, quality of pizza and team work has improved immensely. The other store manager, Jamiel has also been a part of the process of building this team. Ebbie and Leearsi both of these kids always have a smile on their faces and offer great customer service. I come here all the time because I across the street. Almost every time I get my order absolutely perfect. I came early in the week and a walk in and got an extra most bestest pepperoni with and add on of jalapeño and some stuffed crazy bread.Mind you my friend and I were the only ones who ordered in person at the time. The pizza took over 20 minutes, my friends took over 20 minutes and had to say something to remind them about his food. My pizza seemed like a regular hot and ready thrown in really quick with some cheese on the crust. They had there own music playing which is no issue except the fact the person taking my order couldn't even hear me.... Sucks because I have been coming here for the past 10 years and have had off and on service. Hopefully next time they will take it somewhat serious. read more

I ordered from this location through the app. After waiting 45 minutes for my delivery time I got a text indicating that my order was cancelled for no reason. The money was taken and it's been nearly 2 weeks without it being returned. This isn't even the first time that my order has been inexplicably cancelled after 30-45+ minutes when waiting for a delivery (via DoorDash, which is what their app links to). If you try to call this location the phone just rings forever and then goes dead. Also the little caesars customer service number rings and goes dead so this company is uncontactable. I'm highly frustrated and will absolutely not be ordering from this location ever again- or using the app. It's all trash. read more

I love PIZZA! PIZZA! And I love the Hot & Ready deal. $5 for a pizza and you don't have to call ahead, that's what I call convenience! This is my favorite Little Caesars in the Tampa Bay Area. First, the staff had great customer service. Friendly with warm smiles. It was hard to say no when they asked if I wanted to upgrade to the meal (with crazy bread and a 2 liter). In a act, it was so hard that I said yes! This location is conveniently located on the corner of a strip mall. There is lots of parking and the inside of the store is bigger than most other Little Caesars in the area. This store is a perfect example of what Little Caesars does right. For some time, I have had fun calling the Hot & Ready Pizzas Hot & Sweaty Pizzas. I would have probably given this location 5 stars had it not been for the fact my last pizza was a bit more sweaty than ready. It seemed a bit under cooked. Nevertheless, whenever your get the awesome deal called Hot & Ready, there is always some risk of hit of miss. I will keep coming back to this location for the clean and large store and great customer service. Surely there will be a few more misses (sweaty pizzas), but I hope for a greater percentage of hits (ready pizzas). And remember, even if the pizza is a bit sweaty, it will always taste better than a frozen pizza you cook in your oven, and if you have seen prices at the grocery store for frozen pizzas, many of them will cost you a lot more than just picking up a Hot & Ready at your local Little Caesars. read more

My family and I usually orders about once per week. Either my wife or daughter calls in the order. My name is Steve and today I have an issue. The order that was given was poor communication, those things happen but when my daughter called up when I came home she spoke to this GM I guess name is Dill. He was very abrupt and short with her when she stated there should have been two pizzas. His comment was, "this is what was order for the money that you spent was." My daughter was shocked and upset how quick and short his statement was.. I called up and asked for a supervisor, his comment was, this Dill person was "the GM and higher then him!" That was all the feedback I got and I mentioned this will be getting my review and was not cool the way this GM person spoke to my daughter.
