Worst LC I have ever been to. I'm military and was married to military and have 3 man-children; I've moved a lot, and every other LC we have visited or frequented has been at least a 4 out of 5 stars. This one was bad when they were on 46, but got so much worse when they moved into Singing Hills AND gained a drive-thru. For the third and last time I gave them a chance to prove me wrong (after going at least a dozen times prior), we arrived at 8:35--25 minutes before they were supposed to close and after I had worked a 15 hour day and picked up my son from school to finish part of that workday. We sat at the drive-thru mic for about 3 minutes before I pulled up to the window. Sat there for at least another 5 minutes. Finally saw some employees through the window and honked. No response. Called the store number--no pickup. By this time, it was 8:43 PM. Finally went inside and waited about a minute before the tall African American man who is always there came to the counter to help me. I asked him why they didn't respond to the drive-thru speaker; he said it was broken. Asked why they didn't answer the phone; he said the phones were down. Bought both of the hot and ready pizzas and order of crazy bread that were in the warmer. Watched another truck wait in the drive thru window and then drive off. Watched another car wait at the drive thru window and then that lady came in to the store. I apologized to her because, after being there for 10 minutes, I cleaned out the only 3 things they had in stock. Told the employee and his coworker who was halfway peeking around the corner that was so pathetic and unprofessional to not answer the drive-thru speaker, the phone, or the window--and he said, "I'm sorry, ma'am." Finally got home to eat our dinner, and the crazy bread was literally raw. It was dough--I literally spit it back out (as shown in the attached picture). I love raw cookie dough. Sushi & sashimi and ahi poke salads. Medium rare steaks. Medium hamburgers. NOT raw, doughy crazy bread that I waited way too long for. Shame on your higher than other LC prices, horrible customer service, and raw, nasty food, Bulverde Little Ceasar's. This restaurant sucks. If you're reading this, save your time, sanity and money and grab some Totino's frozen pizzas from H‑E‑B instead. Better yet, drive about 7 minutes north on 281 and get pizzas from Spring Branch Store; you can call ahead to order and they actually answer their phone. I was so disappointed with this Little Caesar's. I live 20 miles away. Stopped by to pick up pizza and wings. The pizza had so much tomato sauce, it over whelmed the pepperoni. What was a real shock was the size of the wings, not only were they small; it also had two drummettes that were small and so thin they were smaller than my child's pinky finger. While the food is usually really good from here the service is abysmal. The attitude of the employees, especially the woman we normally deal with is awful. In addition, they almost never have pizza ready for hot and ready. It's almost always a 10-15 minute wait. The drive through option is almost never available and they ignore that someone is there. The Bulverde Little Caesar's will NEVER see another dime from me. A couple of months ago I placed an online order and paid for it online. I went to pick it up and waited at the drive-thru window for 20 minutes. I saw a person walking around inside and had honked my horn a few times. No response. I called them. No answer. My wife called them. No answer. I drove around to the front door and it was locked. I saw this person walking around inside. I knocked. No one came to the door. AND THIS WAS AT NOON ON A DAY WHEN THEY ARE OPEN !! I called their corporate offices several times. I wasn't concerned about the money as much as pinging the local manager. Customer service said that someone would get back to me within 24 hours. I went through this exercise three times. Nobody ever called me. If it was possible to give them a negative rating, that would fit. read more

The manager at nights "nobody orders pizza for breakfast " is very rude and un-professional. Who knows what extra unwanted toppings they're adding to the pizza. She seems to be a very negative entity that brings the rest of the crew down. Before her, I would've given them 5 stars, even if I had to wait for a hot n ready. I just wanted to share that I love the lady with the pink hair. She is always helpful, nice, and really made a difference yesterday when we made a mistake with our order. She was super busy, but advised how to fix the issue and helped me reorder. Another employee I want to share that is really great is a young man, slender about 5'6", soft spoken; who is always super helpful and polite. We think he is great as well. I have been to this Little Caesars location a handful of times now and EVERY time there is an issue. Either the person taking your order has an attitude, your order is wrong, or, like today, the opening manager just decides to come in whenever they want. I get being late but being 2 hours late is crazy to me. One of the poor employees was just standing outside the building waiting for this manager. I get that it's hard to find employees, but managers need to actually take the health of customers seriously. I had to get an order remade since a new employee messed up my online order, I had no problem waiting, but I saw the other employee making my food with no gloves on. Moved to this area about a year ago, and tried this restaurant at its old location. I should have never gone back, but Little Caesars is the only pizza my grandson will eat, and the next closest location is over 30 min away. He enjoys their hot and ready, but, they have never had a hot and ready in the oven........hot and ready. Customer service stinks, tonight there was no one at the front counter. Four or five guys in the back cooking, but no one would make eye contact or come out front. I had to order a pepperoni pizza made from scratch, and was told it would take between 30 and 60 minutes. And this at 6:14 pm. What is the time going to be when people actually get home from work and the place really gets busy. Eight people in the waiting area who ordered on line or on the phone, I watched two of them get their money refunded because it was taking so long. I've given them 5 or 6 chances, I'm not going back. Oh ya, if you pay with cash they won't give you a receipt. Guess the owner (It's a franchise, not a company store) or someone working there is hiding the cash. I'm driving to the next closest store and making the hour round trip next time, might as well drive instead of standing in the waiting area for an hour. This is sad... me and my family were very happy there was a Little Caesars opening up by us. When it opened up it was good until now... they take forever to get out your order they don't really care about their customers and it's sad I'm writing this because I don't ever write reviews for places! Me, my mom, sister and cousin went to go pick up an order we placed on the phone and we went through drive thru to go get it. The guy in front didn't even get his order and was taking forever so then I drove around to walk in and get it. When I walked it they said "hi welcome to little Caesars I'll be right with you" I then said okay and stood there for about 20-25 min! That's ridiculous and it's so frustrating you are there to pick up an order you made on the phone 20 min ago and expect it to be ready and for someone to acknowledge you are there and it takes them this long! I do not recommend this place to anybody go to one that's further you will get better service! I went today placed an order on their app and we got the pizza but the one pizza that I got that was stuffed with pepperoni and light sauce we got home and it was doughy had extra sauce and extra cheese it was so filled with sauce that when you tried to pick a piece up the cheese slid right off never going here again! I would give this location a zero out of 10 if that was possible. I ordered a normal hot and ready pizza and they gave me a cold thin crust pizza that was baked hours earlier without telling me. When I got home I realized but since I live close to this location I decided to go back. When I got there they informed me that they were out of normal crust pizza. I didn't go anywhere close to closing time so they shouldn't of been out of normal crust anyway. If they weren't all sitting in a chair on their phones i'm pretty sure they wouldn't have been out of normal crust in the first place. The customer service was terrible and all the employees were rude and lazy. Since I didn't want to eat this disgusting looking pizza I asked for a refund. They're terrible excuse was that since I left the store they could no longer offer me a refund. None of the workers were helpful.
