You know when brewed sweet tea is fresh and when it isn't. I was very nice, went back to the counter and asked for fresh tea. The woman manager told an employee to make fresh tea and bring me out a fresh tea. Problem solved, right? Wrong. We waited.....waited.....nothing. I went back and asked for a Coke instead, was told to pour out my tea and get it. I was so mad that they had not followed through with what they said they would do, I poured it out and trashed my cup. I work hard for every penny I spend, I asked for my money back. I was then told by the general manager "oh, you want fresh tea? We have some here." Whilst pointing to where the tea wasn't. :-/ It would have been good customer service to have clued me in instead of wasting my time waiting around. Tea is a luxury for me, I didn't want day old tea, I didn't want Coke, I wanted tea.

Love the option for the kids to get mini molten cakes for cheaper. Everything we have ordered over the years have been mostly good.
