Front desk person had an attitude. Not sure if it was because there were six to eight people standing around in the back and she was the only one helping customers place orders. The table was sticky. Terrible customer service. Got home without my complete order. Called and they immediately placed me on hold. I waited 12 minutes on hold, long enough for my sister to get there and remind them that I was still on the phone. All I received was a "so sorry ma'am" and then the staff member hung up on me. My friends and I go to eat at Wingstop in Pleasanton and it is always a great choice. I love that they stay open late and their food is consistent in flavor.
