This was amazing to find here locally in Floresville! The food was so good and fresh. To me, it was just enough spicy (very sensitive to spice) and full of flavor. The evening started with bread knots and a dipping sauce of oil and balsamic on the table. This had a small amount of red pepper flakes as well. Then we all ordered. The service was ON Point and unfortunately I did not get our waitresses name. She was so sweet and made sure to refill bread and glasses before it was needed. The quaint little place was just perfect. I cant wait till the next time we go here. I want to try the pizza! It looks so yummy! My husband and I shared a meal and we were both stuffed. The Caesar salad was dripping with amazing garlic, popped with flavor!! The meal we shared was chicken parm, lasagna, and fettuccine alfredo. One of my adult children got cheese ravioli and she had the 5 very large pieces and was super filling. My second adult child got a huge boat of lasagna. The third adult child got fettuccine alfredo. All three kids were full and almost had to roll them out!! I am so super glad there is a great Italian place in Floresville! I can't wait to go back.

This restaurant was recommended to us, we were out in Floresville and you have choices but not a lot of choices. I was craving a pizza, so we took the kids and went to check it out. The parking lot is kinda small, is a strip mall type location, so parking is limited. The restaurant is not too small , but. It too big. About 12-15 tables. We sat down and we were greeted by the waiter. Very polite and knowledgeable about to menu. You can see the kitchen from just about any place in the restaurant. Very casual place, the pizzas that were being served looked and smelled good. We got a pizza big enough for 3-4 people. Thin crust, cheese and two meats, pepperoni and Canadian bacon. The bacon was the best tasting. Daughter got the spaghetti with meat sauce. Very tasty. Andrew got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, he devoured it. I had a sample of the spaghetti and it was very good. I meant to get a sample of the fettuccine, but when I went to get a sample, it was gone. That boy love the Alfredo. They have soft drinks, I got a Stella Artois, in a bottle, and the beer was good coming out of a bottle. The food was decent, we will have to try again next time we are in town. Maybe try some of the other dishes.

Chicken piccata was excellent. Their bread is super addictive. Everybody who works there was really nice.

It felt like being welcomed into an Italian septuagenarian's home on your visit to Rome. It's cozy with a traditional vibe inside that perfectly matches the vibe. As does the food. We got a variety of pasta. The chicken parmesan had a very nice red sauce. The chicken fettuccini Alfredo had the best Alfredo sauce I've ever tasted. But the true star of the show was the chicken rollatini. That champagne cream sauce was flat out amazing, everyone at the table agreed. I'm each dish the chicken was so tender and was incorporated into the dish beautifully. No dry bland chicken just thrown on top here! I have been craving this place ever since we left. This will definitely be a regular spot for us.

It's not cheap, but not expensive either, and the portions are definitely worth the money. I wish they would've put maybe just a couple more shrimp in the fredo but there were 5 decent sized shrimp, fully peeled, so I can't even complain about it really. Also idk if the rolls are focaccia rolls or not but they are good. Definitely will be coming back multiple times.

Every Italian place I have tried in Austin is a total ripoff - extremely overpriced and low quality. This place was the total opposite of every Italian restaurant I've been to in Austin - it was amazing! I immediately felt like I was back in NY. They were so friendly and gave us warm garlic butter rolls and water the second we sat down. It was the biggest menu - I wanted everything! It was so difficult to choose as I don't see even 1/4 of these options in Austin! I finally decided on the spaghetti and eggplant parm. But how I wish I could also get the baked ziti, the meat sauce, the lasagne, the subs, the calzones and the pizza too as everything looked amazing! The portions were massive - enough for 2-3 meals! Plus you get free salad and bread. And when we were done they offered us even more rolls to take home! Took 10 rolls home plus leftover salad and pasta. It was absolutely delicious, so satisfying. The best comfort food for a Sunday night meal. We paid $40 total for a massive meal that would have easily cost $75 in Austin and been 1/2 the size! Wish I could go back again and again if it wasn't 2 hours away!

The chicken is horrible. Inedible. It tastes like a boiled chicken breast. No flavor, texture like rubber. I've tried it several times. It is not good. My daughter likes to get the baked ziti... she really likes it, but often has to take off almost a pound of cheese before she can eat it. There is such a thing as too much cheese. I have heard the owner yell harshly at the weight staff and don't really understand why anybody would work for somebody that screams at them the way he does. Roma's has the potential to be amazing but I feel like the owner is holding himself back. Also, the prices are a little high. If I could sit down and have a frank conversation with the owner, I would suggest dropping the price by a few dollars and cutting the portions in half. I'd come more often if the prices were lower, even if I got less food.

It was a lively atmosphere with live music planning, a backed bar area and a humming dining room. We were given the corner "power" booth and really felt cozy. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our server JT was a sweetheart and did a great job. Our meal started with two appetizers: the Calamari & Meatballs. Both were fantastic and really set the tone of what this place is. The Calamari was perfectly executed - seasoned well and not overcooked. The meatballs were phenomenal and full of balanced flavor, due in part to the heavenly red sauce they were swimming in. These are a must try! We then enjoyed Ceasar salads before our entrees and really enjoyed the balance and flavor they offered. Simple and delicious. The entrees were outstanding! * My wife ordered the Noli's Sautéed Chicken, featuring a sautéed chicken breast and cappellini pasta with basil, capers, sun-dried tomatoes, olives in a white wine lemon sauce. A lighter plate with a fragrant touch, she really enjoyed the combination of flavors. * I went with JT's recommendation and chose the Prime Surf 'N' Turf...this was amazing! A 12oz Ribeye cooked medium rare, topped with two huge fried shrimp, accompanied by a rich and delicious lobster vodka sauce under perfectly baked ravioli. If you are spoiling yourself, this is the choice for you! We can't wait to get back to Albi's Vite and make more memories. In the meantime, you deserve to go make your own!
