Ordered ahead on the app. Food was ready when we got there. Can't really beat the price in our miserable economy. 10/10 best LC I've been to in awhile read more

They could start by cooking the food. Then answering the phone. Employers that had any pride or work ethic would be nice. And to be clear their Customer service could not care less. read more

Ordered from this location tonight to try the new crazy puffs. They were ok, slightly over cooked however, the wings had a glob of something slimy on one of the wings that looked like spit. I can for certain say it was not the sauce as the others did not have it, just this one glob of slime. It's the consistency of raw chicken slime. I think I will pass on this location as I have never seen that at others. In the picture it looks like dripping sauce but no it's a clear slime. read more

Terrible customer service. Wait times are over 2 hours, and nobody answering the phones. This is what happens when teenagers run place.

second time I ordered here in the past month, first time they were 45 minutes late for a pickup order. Just ordered again for pick up today and while not 45 minutes late this time around, it is 15 minutes late for a pickup. read more

We ordered on app an hour ahead. My daughter went to pick up and she did not get the cookie. I called and asked for a refund. They denied it saying they could not issue a simple $4.89 credit because it would reverse my entire charge of $21. I asked to either deliver or refund in full and they declined. Said I could come back in and get a cookie. Well we hardly order take out as our budget is tight. I don't need another cookie sometime in the future. We needed it now when the family was here. So disappointed in how they handled this. read more

I always see the same dumbass motherfucker who tells me I have to wait an hour for one fucking pizza and one fucking crazy bread. What the fuck happened to "hot and ready" y'all. This location is slow as fuck and has no organization. People are always standing damn near behind the counter and people are always yelling their names thinking it'll make their food made faster. Zero fucking stars. Y'all are lucky I don't have money to sue read more

worker was really rude threw all my food into the counter, she also cussed infront of me and didnt even bother apologizing. pizza was all over the place aswell inside the box. read more

What a joke , came here for pizza , and stood around for 15 min while 3 kids and a young girl were trying to figure out how to work the register and open the cash drawer. WTF this was at 4pm. No explanation just pushing keys on the register both were locked. read more

Placed an order 2 hours in advance. Came to pick it up and had to wait 40 minutes. 10 people came in to pick up their orders after me and everyone had to wait. Customer service was poor - the lady at the counter barely spoke and when she did she spoke very softly. No one apologized for order delays. These things happen but not one staff member said anything about it to any customer. Not sure if there is a staffing issue or what the extreme delay was. Terrible service and time management. read more

Put an order of pizza in at 11:28 am for pick up of 415-420 on Super Bowl Sunday, because of course I knew would be busy and they told me they haven't even started my order yet because it is busy and then I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes! read more

I have ordered from this location before and only issue I had was long wait. Tonight, I ordered for delivery around 7:45 and this is what was delivered to me. I've been on hold with the store for 20 minutes and on hold with their customer service on another phone for 10 minutes. It is now 9pm and I don't have anything for my guests to eat. This is beyond ridiculous because I paid for breadsticks and pizza AND tipped and now we have nothing to eat. read more

Disqusting, deep dish pizza smelled like urine. Or they use can mushrooms which is disgusting, but employees are nice.

What more do you really want for $5?!?! The staff has always been overly friendly and even taken the time to chat with me if the 60 second wait seemed too brutal! I can feed my family of 5 for about 10-15 bucks! The Pizza is hot and tasty too! I love that as long as I'm there during the 5-8pm range the pizza is ready and I'm out the door! No Fuss No muss! Even if its the off hours ill still get out faster than Taco Bell. Thanks to all that work here! You make my day/life just a little easier! Keep up the great work! read more

Order ahead on the little Caesar's app unless you want to wait "15 minutes" for half an hour for one pizza. Besides that the food is good for the prize read more

I don't think they should advertise "hot n ready " if they aren't able to have it ready . Isn't that the whole big marketing idea? They have never actually HAD the pizzas ready that we come in for. Love the pizza and price but they are stealing business id take elsewhere by claiming there is no wait read more

The manager of this place needs to learn how to run a business. Card swipe machine was broken and customers that called ahead weren't informed until they came to pick up their pizza. Fortunately for them it wasn't even ready anyway. As I sat and waited 20 minutes for our order (which I called in 25 minutes prior to my arrival) I watched about 9 customers get turned down because of the card reader. They made my pizza well at least. Felt bad for those poor kids trying to run that half assed place. Hope the manager sees this. read more

4th time now having a similar situation in our family. Why arent the pizzas 'HOT AND READY?!' and twice when told to wait, they made and gave away our pizza to whoever just came in next . Last time there were NO pizzas ready, and they said 3 minutes. after awhile a pizza comes up and they give it to another customer. it ended up being a 15 minute wait for a walk-in , walk-out type business. false advertising . read more

I have been here 3 times and have issues all 3 times. The problem is I love it and its walking distance from my house. First time there were no hot pan pizzas combos available at lunch. Second time I walked in and ordered a pretzel pizza. I was tole an 8 minute wait so I went to Jewel next door. I came back to the store and my pizza was not ready. It took them over 30 minutes to get my pizza. The 3rd time I called in and ordered a pretzel pizza. I was told 15 minutes. I showed up to pick up my pizza and it was not ready. The cashier admitted to me that my order was not in the oven yet. The manager came out and said that it was. In the mean time the cashier tried to sell me a pepperoni one that was sitting there. I declined and waited approximately 10 more minutes for my pizza. Next time i will drive to the Aurora location as I have never had a problem there...... read more

Last Friday with the stay at home order in place I was working at my dining room table. I figured I had spent a lot of money on takeout lately for the family and figured I'd save a few bucks and get some Little Cesars. I normally go and grab it but figured I let them deliver. Little Cesars normally is not the first choice for pizza but I wasn't gonna be picky. Needless to say when it was 10 minutes past the delivery time I was getting a little annoyed. They sub out the delivery to Door Dash and basically once it leaves the store they wash their hands of it. I tried to contact the driver and she said I delivered it and sent you a picture. Never got a picture. Never got the pizza. Sent a message to Door Dash and Little Cesars and never got a response. I get everything is a little off with what's going on, but a simple acknowledgement or anything would be great. read more

Kind of dirty, employees lacadasical. Too much horse play in the kitichen. I waited 30 minutes for my pizza. They need an adult manager!

I love Little Caesars Pizza, I know it's cheap and not gourmet, but I love it. My problem is with this location, they never have pizzas ready. I've been here 4 times and only bought pizza once, because they never have it ready. Their entire marketing campaign is geared to "hot and ready" pizza. I'm not going at weird times either, I went today at 12:15, which for most people is lunch time. No lunch time $5 pizzas ready and none were even in the oven. The staff is usually friendly, but that doesn't help when they have nothing to sell me. If this review were based on the pizza it would be a 4-5 star review, but if you are looking for hot and ready pizzas, try a different Little Caesars. read more

I've been here 4 times now and its always the same... 15-20 MINUTE WAIT, NOTHING IS READY!!! I have been here different times of the day and even on a Sunday and I still have the same luck!!!! This may be normal for a pizza place but not for one who claims 90% of the menu is "HOT AND READY". This is by far the WORST location I have ever been too when it comes to food being ready. Overall the location and store it self looks nice, but that doesn't really mean too much when there is no food ready. If I have to call in a pizza for something that is advertized as "Hot And Ready" I might as well take my business to Pizza Hut (across the street) or Papa John's (about two blocks away). read more

Had about 5 custom made ( the way I like them!) PEPPERONI pizza's from them the last few weeks and they were way better than Dominos or Pizza hut! Seriously, tell them what you REALLY want on your pizza and wait maybe 10 to 15 minutes! The pizza was AWESOME and the price was about 40% cheaper than other Pizza places! read more

I agree with others. Long wait, and I'd rather pay a few dollars more for Papa Johns or Domino's

As others have mentioned, they NEVER have pizzas ready here. I've gone at peak times and at non-peak times, no matter what you have to wait. And sometimes the wait is pretty lengthy. Totally defeats the point of Little Caesars doesn't it? The pizza is fine. It's no Lou Malnati's, but it's $5 so who can complain? read more
