I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the food I received. It was not something that should have ever been served to a customer. The chicken was old, dried out, cold, hard, and completely inedible -- it looked and tasted like it belonged in the waste bucket, not on a plate. Before ordering, I specifically asked how long the chicken had been sitting under the heat lamp, and I was told 15-20 minutes, which was clearly not true. I also asked if fresh chicken could be made, and they refused because they were closing in 45 minutes. That alone says a lot about how much they care about food quality and customer satisfaction. This experience showed a complete lack of pride in their product and service. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

KFC, we expect better. What we ordered and received was incorrect , even though I repeated the order twice and it was confirmed. Shame on me for not checking the order before driving away. The crispy chicken wasn't crispy and even the mashed potatoes were cold. Very disappointing. read more

Ordered from this location as a walk in. Took it home and got the most disgusting taste of chalky taste of old ingredients. I've always gave this location a hit or miss. I even had a coupon for my order. One bite told the whole story. I am constipated for 2 days and decided to fast to get this mess out of my system. WARNING do not eat at this location. read more

I was met with very friendly staff who, didn't get my order right at first, quickly gave me my side I wanted replaced free of charge which they totally didn't have to do but I'm thankful for the blessing. It's very clean in the dining room as well as the bathroom so that's a definite plus! The $20 box was so worth it! read more

Forgot my corn and charged me for it but otherwise the food is good and it didn't take that long to get my food

That's it! Never again! We gave them three more chances and each time it's gotten worse. This time it looked like they refried our fried chicken it was so hard to eat and it's so very dry. Used to love KFC when there was consistency There are way better options for our money. This location needs retaining, better management and to get their act together but either way, we will not be back. read more

This location is horrific. The employees are completely rude. They are ridiculous! I don't know if KFC even cares of now how terrible this location is. We went at 840pm and they close at 10. They refuse to make any food....they had no fries and no chicken other than bones. We do not eat that so there is no options for us. Each time I have been there we have an issue of them forgetting food, running out of items, giving terrible attitudes. I don't care if there is an employee shortage. You need customer service. Will never give them another cent of my money. Places of business should cade about the people spending money at their restaurant. I see no care for customer retention. read more

Occasionally come here to get a fried chicken craving. Usually to get the same old story of either we are out of chicken for several hours or we are only taking cash payments. It is baffling to think how a KFC can run out of chicken before 4 o'clock sometimes but this place somehow manages to do it frequently. This is the usual story of this place I'm not one to complain but the people that work here are so clueless and lazy it's never changed in years. read more

1. Ordered thru door dash. Restaurant cancelled my order. 2. At drive thru, informed not taking cards. Only cash. Had to wait for cars in front of me to leave 3. At drive thru, heard car in front of me being told the item they wanted wouldn't be ready for 20 minutes. It was 1145 in the morning. How were they not ready for lunch service? My biscuit was smushed and kind of sad. Chicken was not extra crispy, actually not any kind of crispy. Three strikes- we are done. read more

Wouldn't suggest anyone go here because they do not acknowledge or seem to care about incoming customers. I waited for almost 20 minutes for someone to come take my order but all I got was stares from one dude. Complete Bullshit so I left read more

I was there a few days ago and ordered a pot pie and 3 sides. My charge was $19.66. I ate the sides and went for the pot pie the next day, and realized I never got the pot pie!!! I've tried calling several times for several days and no one answers the phone and it rings forever and then hangs up!!!! I will never go back to this negligent store!!! I only gave it a star because it's the only way I could write this review. read more

Food is great but the service sucks! The boss needs to put these people through customer service training immediately. You walk in and NOBODY comes to help you. They look at you and ignore you. read more

This is the closest KFC to me, so my family and I frequent it a lot. They have never messed up our order. They do not mind making fresh food for their customers (we did not ask, they just did not have enough chicken for our order so they made us a fresh batch). The food has always been hot, delicious, and what we wanted. I will definitely be back! read more

I know this is "fast food" but does that mean that it doesn't have to be hot or fresh. Went there around 6pm, dinner time for a lot of people, potato wedges were barely warm, I ordered popcorn chicken which any other time is 1 of my favorites bur when u have half the box that might as well be inedible because the pieces are so hard, afraid you're goin to lose a tooth. Otherwise as far as customer service, could be a whole lot better. The girl working the window which I think is a manager, had nothing but an attitude, just because you're miserable at your job doesn't mean you should reflect that on to the customers. Popeyes why did u have to leave?!?!?! read more

4:30 today saw 5 or 6 cars in the drive thru got in line and was shocked at how fast the line was moving , in a matter of a couple min was at the order board and the recording was try our 20 piece and would you like to order. So I said I would like to order that but before I could finish a voice came over the speaker WAIT was yelled out. Then she proceeded to tell me they were out of chicken and it would be a hour or two! KFC no chicken at 4:30 WTF. I called the Aurora location and was told they have plenty of chicken ,come on by. So I did. read more

I order a $5 box with chicken strips and strawberry lemonade. I asked them to make sure my food is fresh the guy told me ok but was rushing me. I get home my chicken tenders were extremely hard potato wedges were cold, biscuit was dry they didn't give me any napkins nor barbecue sauce. I paid .60 extra for strawberry lemonade and it was horrible I've never taste anything like it. I'll never return back to this kfc read more

After 7:00 pm it's hard to get Chicken at this KFC. They never answer the phone and are often bad at listening or understand when an order is placed. Hate going here. read more

Stopped in at KFC to try the new Classic Pot Pie. I'm normally not a KFC guy if I get fast food chicken its usually Popeyes but they don't offer pot pies and I liked them when I was a youngster. I'll give the pot pie meal experience at KFC a 3 and a half star performance. It was a flashback to my younger days and actually not to bad or pricey. read more

I usually don't go to KFC I'm more towards Popeyes! I went tonight on my way home from work.. Well finally got home and tasted my chicken it was extremely dry! And it tasted like it had sat there all day! So on top of a rude greeting! My food wasn't even worth it . read more

Not only do they have bad attitudes now I got chicken tenders that were so rubbery they weren't edible.

So why is my second only yelp review on a KFC? Because this place rocks. I get a lot of late night drive-thru and this place has it down. The people are very nice, the food is hot, and I often get my food as I pull up to pay! read more

If I could give this place NO stars I would. This has to be the absolute worst KFC I've ever been to. The service is constistently and horrendously slow. At the last visit I experienced an outright rude cashier and the staff in the back and at the drive thru window yelling and joking with each other including yelling profanities. This included the manager himself. The facility was filthy, the soda area was wet and dirty and it was despensing carbonated water with little flavor. All of this is totally unacceptable. Needless to say before I ever frequent this establishment again it will have to be proved to me it's under new management. read more

If I could I give this place -5 stars I Would, they could not understand order being placed after saying it 3 times order had to tell person through pick up window and when I told them about substitutes was told could substitute at the window even after explaining that's not my fault Never again. For all stay far away read more

Went there at 7 pm. Doors locked signs on door say open til 9 pm. Went to drive thru" heard can I help you. Tried to order they said they were closed that their corporate office told them to close early. All locations. I called the store in aurora and they were open. They said that location has no staff and opens when they want to. ??? Good bye kfc in Montgomery you will close soon for good. read more

I stopped at the KFC in Montgomery for dinner on my way home from work. I ordered one of their $5 boxes, chicken breast with mashed and gravy. I also got an unsweet iced tea with it. When I got home, I noticed there was no ice in the tea, and the cup that should have had the potatoes was just a cup of gravy. Really? The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because the chicken was good and so was the cookie. I can see forgetting to put ice in the drink, but an entire cup of gravy? I don't even like gravy! read more

I don't normally give high marks to fast food, but this KFC has above average staff. Always had friendly and nice service, drive thru and eat in. read more

Dropped by KFC for a 10 pc bucket. Got home and it was missing 2 pcs. A little disappointed. Their phone also does not work.

rude staff and possibly the worst KFC hot wings I've ever had, not only where they extremely hard on the outside as if they had been made hours and hours ago but also there were some spots with sauce on the outside even though these were plain, clearly they store them incorrectly. Food is barely edible, this location needs some serious food quality work read more
