They are consistently unbelievably slow on inside service. A 20 minute wait is typical, even for "hot and ready" pizzas!

She was super sweet, helped us out with a bunch of things, and had such a great attitude. Our food came out really fast too! I didn't catch her name, but she had glasses, brown hair, and an amazing smile. Definitely wanted to give her a shoutout because she made the whole experience so much better! It was our first time and the aesthetic was so pretty! I love the concept they are doing and I like how you can choose between a QR or going up to the front to order. The girl also told us about Christmas so we will definitely be coming back! Food was good too! We tried one of the Mac and cheeses and it was delicious! The girl also told us to try the s'mores skillet and it was a 10/10!!! I can't wait to try this place again!

We finally had the chance to try Pryor's Pizza Kitchen after wanting to visit for quite a while,…read morethanks to an invitation to celebrate a friend's birthday. The pizzas are large enough for two people to share, but I'd actually recommend ordering two--one to enjoy at the restaurant and another to take home (if there's any left!). As a bit of a pizza snob, I'd say the pizza was good, but there's room for improvement. The flavor was enjoyable, and I really liked the nice char on the bottom and around the crust. My biggest critique is that I'd prefer a slightly thicker crust to better support the toppings, and I think the pizza would benefit from a little more sauce. Those small changes would take it up another notch for me. Ordering is simple and convenient. Just scan the QR code at your table, place your order from your phone, and your food is brought right to you. The system accepts both credit cards and Apple Pay, which made the whole process quick and easy. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. Overall, we had a good experience and would happily return to try a few of the other pizzas on the menu.

We went again this past weekend and I was so impressed that they had a create your own pasta selection with GF penne! I ordered just plain penne with marinara and it was very good! My husband got a sampler with lasagna, spaghetti, and chicken Alfredo with a side of wedding soup and shared with the kids. They said the chicken Alfredo was exceptional! They also loved the wedding soup. They do have a 2 breadstick limit per person but my kids were happy to eat mine as "extras." We really like the remodel it makes the restaurant more modern looking and inviting. The service was very good! We look forward to making this place into our eating out rotation again!

I explained the law he said he had done his own research. this is in fact Oklahoma's access ada law! When it's not obvious what service a dog provides, businesses may ask only two questions: "Is this a service animal required because of a disability?" "What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?" Staff cannot: Ask about the nature or extent of the person's disability Require documentation, certification, ID cards, or special vests Ask the dog to demonstrate its task Charge extra fees or surcharges for the service dog I handed him a card with the law printed on the back. He repeatedly told me he knew the law and could not let us be there without a "license " "some people have allergies". He even said if you just show me his "paperwork " I can seat you. which is it? He can't be there because people have allergies or he can't be there because we do not have illegal paperwork fir him? This is not an apology this is a last ditch effort to make you look good. this was the "owners" response after ... Luigi's in Newcastle (Owner) Hello, my name is Jason, and I'm the general manager of our Newcastle location. I was a manager who spoke with you during your visit, and I want to personally apologize for how the interaction was handled and for the frustration it caused you and your family. My intention was to verbally verify that your daughter's dog was a service animal, as I was unable to immediately identify that when you entered the restaurant. I was not intending to require documentation or proof from you. However, I recognize that I may not have communicated that clearly, and I'm sorry that the conversation escalated and you left feeling unwelcome. I also appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We regularly welcome guests with service animals, and this situation has given us an opportunity to make sure our management team is clear and consistent in how we handle these conversations going forward We never want a guest to leave our restaurant feeling the way you did. I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to make this right. I would love to invite you and your family back in and personally take care of your again, I apologize for the experience and I hope you will give me a chance to make it right. Jason GM
