We were at Mc Clelland and needed a quick meal that was close to the base. We picked up a large pizza but found out they only had a few choices. We got the Hawaiian and it was dry with little toppings. The cheese was awful and it was mostly bread or dough. It was around $12 for the pizza which should have been half that price. It should have gone with in the trash but instead we ate the middle and left the rest. Next time we stay in this area we will plan ahead to find a nice restaurant that accepts a pet. Someplace where you could sit outside would have been good for us. The location was easy to find from the base so that is why we went there instead of another pizza place. I was really shocked to notice all the bad reviews. I live around the area and go to this location often. The place is always clean. There are a bit of homeless people in the back which might make the area look bad. I honestly never have a problem with the workers. My order is always a bit complicated but they always get the job right. They seem like nice people and are always polite. I totally recommend. read more

We ordered 2 Hawaiian pizzas with no ham extra pineapple and they gave us 2 pizzas with extra ham and no pineapple after they read back the order to us they still messed it up. We didn't notice until we got home. We went back to tell them it was wrong and they said it would be another 10-15 minute wait. It came out in like 5 minutes and when we got home we saw that the pineapple was raw and that they only sprinkled pineapple on 2 cheese pizzas. If you can drive the extra 10-15 minutes to a different location it's worth it. The pizzas were mid at best smothered in cheese and the cook a bigger woman came out to stare at us after we told them about their mistake. And to top it off they gave us the pizzas with regular pineapple not the extra which is what we asked and paid for. This is the worst pizza place in Sacramento. I have been ripped off 3 times buying pizza here. Either they don't give you all the pizza you ordered or they don't make it the way you requested by not adding the items you paid for. The manager is very rude when you point out their mistakes. this store is terrible!!! they are scamming people here!! i was charged twice for the same order on Oct 7 even caught it and told the cashier that he charged me twice and he said no if i did it will go back on there in 5 days... On 4th of July I ordered 3 pizza and had them delivered (to find out it's delivered from a 3rd party company) when we got the pizzas they were wrong. When I called to get time fixed there was nothing they could do because it was delivered. Mind u I have 5 hungry mad kids at home I'm disabled in a wheelchair and all they could do was offer a refund that could take 7-10 days (doesn't help my hungry kids) mind u today is the 24th (so 20days later) still no refund and nothing has been done yet. Employees are nice, store is clean and it's what you would expect from Little Ceasars. The only issue I have is that the store REAKS of mice. It slapped me in the face the second I opened the door. When I got home and seen this pizza I was upset as I paid over $14.00 for this pizza waited on the pizza so hopefully it was made fresh but then it barely had any cheese, hardly no sauce and who ever made it hardly put any sausage or pepperoni on it. As far as food goes, it is the bottom rung of the pizza ladder. But you know that going in. It is a cheap, fast meal. The store, even with being in a bad area, is well kept. It is clean and professional. Upon walking in, you will notice the bulletproof glass protecting the workers. Sad. I ordered through the glass, and got my hot & ready pizza immediatly. So they deliver on their promise. I can't give anymore stars, even if I want to. The "food" is just so low quality. But I will say that they do their job well. read more

$5 pizza no complaints, the ladies work hard and fast. I came in 10 before closing because I work nights, the cashier said we close in ten minutes and she still made my pizza before closing ! I felt bad because when I walked to my car, her family was waiting for her to get off. But that goes to show you that she just smiled and made my order even she had to stay a few minutes late to get everyone their food. That's the type of customer service I appreciate. read more

Ive been here multiple times because its the closest little ceasers to my house, however everytime I eat here the food is awful and I know its little ceasers, but I actually like there food... at other locations. I ordered just some crazy bread the other day and the bread was all soggy and literally not even cooked it was just dough. Im actually convinced the bullet proof glass I have to order through has nothing to do with the area and that it is only there to prevent customers from coming back and shooting the place up due to there disgustingly gross food they had to pay for.
